The food was absolutely Amazing!!!! Had the lamb kabobs. Definitely recommend the Borani and the dumplings!!!!. Very friendly staff.
Great to see a new Afghan restaurant in socal. I really enjoyed the beef and chicken kabobs, and found their bolani to be the closest I've had to homemade. I learned that Chapli kabob is now available (but not on the menu yet) and I look forward to trying it. Overall we experienced great service and food with a promising menu that will continue to grow. Although Downey is far for some, catering is an option.
The food was freshly prepared and was delicious. I especially loved the Kabuli pulao and beef mantu. The owners are also very kind. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back to dine in and cater events.
Finally after 28 years of living in SoCal I found an Afghan restaurant worth recommending. Everything we had (bolani mix potato leek, qabuli, lamb kabob with naan) was phenomenal. We’ll be back! 💕
