If I could give this place zero stars I would. My taquitos were hard, they gave me the wrong meat, my tacos that were supposed to be hard were soft & they gave me chicken chunks instead of shredded chicken. The food is absolutely disgusting! Don’t waste your money here.

The shrimp burritos are terrible, horrible, the cooks are really not good, they should go learn to cook with the cooks in Norwalk, oh, the food is delicious.
I used the Drive Thru to buy a "Al pastor" burrito and "Milanesa plate", When I got home and opened the plate, and the meat was burned, hard and dry over a salad with guacamole smeared on the cold milanesa!, the burrito tasted like chorizo. I've bought food there for years and never had such bad experience. Even the employees were different and the customer service horrible!. I'm not going back there for a while or never! $25.00 in the trash.Parking: About 6-7 spots

Love this Alberts. Theres another one closer to my house but its not as good. Food is always tasty, order is done correctly, and the Jamaica is perfect!
Take your money somewhere else. Customer service is bad and they don't get your order correct. The food was overly salty with minimal ingredients. The nachos had more tortilla chips than meat. Stomach started hurting soon after. Beware.

Service is bad, and it's always been bad. They never follow instructions and correcting them gets you side eye.What they do right is the food. Shrimp burrito, carne asada fries burrito, carne asada fries plate, carne asada nachos plate, all good dishes. I hold off on the horchata, it's made me sick more than once and it's, what, $5? Just drive down the street and get a 7/11 horchata, it's better and far cheaper.With that said, this place is pricey. Two plates will cost you almost $40. A bit ridiculous in my opinion and the establishment still looks as shoddy as it's looked for the past decade.
