I ordered a cheese pretzel it’s so burnt on the bottom. They don’t even put cheese on the pretzel. I waited 10 minutes so you guy could make it which I don’t mind but this was just nasty. Next time I will save my money and go to Wetzel’s Pretzels because you get your moneys worth. Someone would have thought they took a plain salted pretzel and put cheese on top because of how burnt it is.

Waited 15 minutes to get mini dog pretzels and was given burned ones. This was one of the best ones that my kids could enjoy. Complained to workers and they just smiled. Worst service ever!

What's up with all the one-star review. I will add mine one star as well because they made me wait for my online order I guess they said they were baking a new one and it turned out the pretzel was burnt too. Talk about double disappointment. This happened on August 9th 2022.
When we go to the mall, we love getting Auntie Anne's pretzels. Unfortunately today was not a good experience. They didn't have cream cheese. They didnt have the regular pretzels (salty or plain) So we ended up getting the pizza pretzel and the pretzel bites. They were horrible! They were so greasy & gross we couldn't eat them. What a waste!

We purchased our order through the mobile app, when we went to notify the employees. They claimed that they did not even realize there was an online order. We waited for 15 minutes for them to give us our pretzels that were already made. So we waited for no reason, the employees were extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.
