Man this place really takes fun out of ice cream. Is it just me or do they need to replace the staff. Rude as hell. And I have ever felt ghetto in 31 flavors. There are tons of ice-cream shops around so owner should really look into this place. He is losing ppl fast. Ive never wanted to cancel my order but today employees won the worst employee ever on my book. Even my 9 year old noticed.

Have been going here for about 6 years or so, must say that for about the past 4 years since Ana has worked there my wife and I have noticed that the store has been much cleaner and neat. This is why we continue to come here. Ana always has a given us a great sense of comfort with our ice cream and perfect shakes. I myself own a business and am always looking out for great customer service where we shop, eat, etc…. So for this I am happy to leave this review for Baskin Robins Downey location and Ana. Hope you all get the chance to be served here. Godbless.

Today Wednesday 26th at approx. 1:29pm. A husky female working at the Downey, had so much attitude as I walked in she stated what do you want. Everyone in my party of five we left. If she does not want to work she should stay home instead of threating customers like dogs. I know that Baskin Robins ice cream has a reputation of bad customer service. My money is good some anywhere else.

I have went to baskin Robbins all across southern California, and have ordered a mediums milkshake, which is made with 3 scoops of ice cream, of which I get 2 chocolate and 1 strawberry, I was told very nasty that a medium is only 2 scoops, so either 100's of other baskin Robbins locations are doing it wrong or they or skimping on their customers. I would avoid this locations as when I corrected them, I was that's the way we make them, so I walked out

Extremely rude middle aged women that works at this location in the afternoon. When she explained policy her demeanor was so rude. I understand policy, but this women had such a rude demeanor and tone. I went to another location very professional and accommodating. The one in the city of Paramount, very sweet young ladies. They helped me choose the perfect ice cream cake for my daughter.
Girls were rude unless you looked hispanic...sorry I'm mixed hispanic and look more white then hispanic....was barely even given a scoop of ice cream for a double scoop...I should have walked out and went to coldstone...I called the manager...asked for a call back from the owner but we will see if he even calls me back...rude teenage girls...so sad they weren't taught respect

Bought a large strawberry milkshake that was mostly milk and that was only 3/4 full and almost 1/4 was whipped cream. Girl apologized when she realized but didn’t add more. Disgusting.

Bought 2 strawberry shakes...she used very little ice cream. I've been to other locations that used a lot more ice cream. She used a lot of milk and the shake didnt taste like strawberry. Tasted more like milk.
