The food and experience was amazing as usual. Just a couple of the tables were a little loud that caused less than 5 stars. We will still be back as the food and customer service superseded the noise.

The employees had excellent customer service and communication skills. They always check on you at the right time, when you need a refill or anything. The chef was very knowledgeable about her job, and put great seasons on the food. I give it a 5 star dinning. Keep up the great work.

Reserved 45 min power lunch and was seated at a regular show table. We were told we would have to wait another 20 or so minutes until a “power lunch” table was available. The “show” was disappointing and the cook had ZERO enthusiasm for his job. We saw our server at the start of our meal and that was pretty much it until we asked for her. We asked for extra garlic butter and our cook told us he couldn't give us any and had to get our server then we were charged for it while the table next to us did the same and was graciously served by their server and not charged. The length of time we had to wait while our food got cold was not appreciated.

Vanessa Ruiz (Manager) was absolutely great there was an issue with my loyalty rewards. I wanted to use my birthday coupon ($50) and she was able to call corporate to rectify my account and I was able to use my birthday $50 rewards coupon 👏🏾. I always like coming to this particular, Benihana located in Downey, California, way to go Miss Ruiz 👏🏾✊🏾👍🏾

This was my birthday celebration but I feel like I need a do over. The delay in service, delay in drink refills, smokey room hurt our eyes, no photo, felt ignored for a good hour, filthy restroom and the food was average.

Our chef was great but our server was terrible. She was so rude and snarky from the time we walked in and we were the first group of the day. She kept muttering under her breath and we could hear her comments. She absolutely HATES her job and takes it out on the customers.
