As first-time boba drinkers, my kids and I absolutely loved it! Everything was so good, and oh my goodness the chicken bites were amazing. My son couldn’t stop talking about them! I think we definitely found a new favorite spot. The food and drinks were delicious, we will definitely be returning, and the staff was incredible. Thank you for the great customer service and excellent food!

I order a strawberry and BANANA smoothie. Hopped in my car and it tastes like underripe banana. I was hesitant on wanting to exchange it since I don’t like to do that but in this case I did. As I was waiting for someone to attend me I see over the counter plantains which is where that taste was coming from. I kindly asked to exchange it or upgrade and I was willing to pay a difference. At first she was but then told me she couldn’t and only exchanged it for a smoothie which all had “banana”. I did correct her and told her how what they are using are plantains and not bananas when the description clearly says real strawberries and banana. Looked like she had no clue what a plantain was. Overall disappointed about the customer service and the wrong description of products.

I’ve been meaning to check this place out for a while, and I’m glad I finally did. Their menu is stacked for both food and drink, but the drinks are what really shine. They’re honestly some of the prettiest drinks I’ve seen (and yes, they taste as good as they look). The food was solid overall, and they’ve got all the classics you expect from a milk tea spot.
We tried the new matcha series and every single one was a tasty. The screaming strawberry matcha milk tea was super refreshing, and the cookie butter matcha ended up being my personal favorite—I’m weak for anything biscoff and this one was seriously delicious lol. The screaming blueberry matcha was really fun to try too. You don’t see blueberry matcha often, so that was cool and definitely worth getting if you love blueberry. Heads up: their drinks lean sweeter, so if you’re a “30–50% sugar” person, make sure to make that request here too.
Food-wise, I was excited they had popcorn chicken. You can’t go wrong with that. The sticky chicken bites were also tasty (a sweeter option). The standout for me was the charbroiled ribeye. I’m always a sucker for ribeye, and theirs did not disappoint.
Service was quick, the staff were super friendly, and the space has a chill vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating, good lighting, and it’s a nice spot to study or just hang out with friends.

I miss the Whittier store. It was a special time when it had just opened. 2021-2022 were the best times. I feel like the drinks tastes better there than Downey. Whittier had friendlier service. The Whittier store always had customers when I went. I’ve come into the Downey store a few times, and when I have, I was the only customer doing a pick up. I have no idea why they decided to close Whittier. But, oh well, I guess. If I didn’t live close to the Downey store, I wouldn’t be coming.

came in just now with my daughter the lady was nice but some big lady came in with two little girls and was saying she had an order for brandon or natasha and the lady made an honest mistake and said there’s no brandon there’s only natasha thinking she had two orders and the lady started to insult her saying if she can’t hear and started raising her voice at her while the lady stay calm and let her insult herself wish she would’ve defended herself some people are just so entitled
I drove 30mins to come try this place for the first time on April 12 @ 6pm. The cashier had really bad costumer service. We were standing at the register ready to order mean while the cashier lady was on her phone. Took our orders and walker away. My daughter and I said Thank you multiple times and not once did she responded back. I will not be going back.

It’s a good boba spot. Their snacks are pretty good. I have only tried the popcorn chicken and the sweet potato fries. The music is super load in there and they do not have any restrooms so it’s more of a grab and go.
