Very meh. I used to love Boston market. To be honest, they’ve really fallen off. Lately I’ve noticed they’ve been closing the ones around me so I happened to be in an area that had one. I stopped in and purchased about $60 worth of food. The sides were skimpy. They gave me two small containers and said they ran out of the large, but that the two small equaled one large. It didn’t look like it. I bought a family of 5 meal to feed 2 adults and 2 children under 12 and it was NOT enough. It used to be.And the food itself was just not good. Idk if someone bought them out and changed the recipe, or they just had food sitting there for too long (I purchased it around 2pm) but that was the last time I will eat there

Boston Market is a dying restaurant chain, considering how their CEO runs this food chain I'm not surprised! Their interior dining area is sloppy, old, and doesn't look clean. Several menu items are out of stock, even saw customers walk out because of no Mac & Cheese! For the price you pay, and the quality of food, I won't be surprised if Boston Market dies in the future, since not to many providers want to do business with them.

I was here a couple of days back, the food was bad, the rice felt like oatmeal with no flavor and smushie, all the sides were cold except the mashed potatoes. Bad presentation, they did not have any veggies or salads to serve. They did not have ice for the drink. Bread was cold.amd hard to eat. Macaroni literally looked like vomit. So I asked the cashier if we could give it back and she said this is how we serve it. Eventually I spoke to the manager who said that the place wasn't owned by the Boston Market corporation and the new owner wanted the food to be prepared like that. I was like you promoting Thanksgiving dinner with the Boston Market menu and your receipts say Boston Market. So I do not know what's going on here but he refused to do any kind of adjustment to the receipt. He said why you did not cancel my order before I received the food. I was like is he serious ??♀️ total disappointment

This Boston Market was very dark, and nobody was there. We went in for dinner. Lots of stacked up boxes in the dining area didn't look good. Apparently, the credit/debit card server was down, so we had to pay cash.Food was OK, certainly not great like it used to be. Corn bread was cold. The best was the creamed spinach. Our bill was about $37, which was too high for this experience. Doubtful we will be back.

Food is bland. Not many available sides. Need to ask for condiments otherwise you dont get any. Dining area has old seating that needs to be replaced. Not welcoming. Most people do drive thru. They are using part of the dining area to store boxes. Boxes are lined up against one side of the wall.

The manager could do more to create a clean and welcoming environment. As an employer myself, it was sad to see that he didn't care ? As I don't know if he's unmotivated or is it that his employer is not appreciating him, therefore he's not doing a good job.

They were out of meatloaf, only had chicken and turkey.Corn was awful, tasted like corn they just took out of can, no seasoning like previous Boston Market corn that had a light garlic seasoning.Sweet potatoes were smashed with water and some marshmallows thrown on top, previous Sweet potatoes had a brown sugar yummy concoction on top with marshmallows. Not the case anymore. ? so disappointed.
