Can't say how it is to dine since tonight was our 1st attempt. It was packed & we were only 2 ppl. After a 6 minute wait (standard time they tell you is 2 hours) I got a text saying table was ready. The seats were too high for us to get onto & table was small so I asked for a booth or regular table. The girl said okay. I went back inside to ask if would get another text when ready & she said yes. It's been 3 1/2 hours & no text.🤔 Obviously we're at home and stopped waiting after an hour since cold & they don't allow you to wait inside. You only have 5 minutes to check in once texted. We won't make another attempt because it's clear that since we were just 2 ppl they wanted the booths & tables for parties of 3 or more.

Never coming back to this location for pick up. I haven’t been in 3 years, it’s always something with this location. They messed up my order , gave a portion of my wings with no sauce; and they took a while because they were waiting for the fries . All my food was cold , even the fries.

Stood at the PICKUP counter for about 10 minutes before anyone approached me while waiting, saw some roaches on the counter. This will be the last time I ever go to this location.
The wings served here are horrible, they are very dry and small. This location must be a franchise because the food is very subpar. The employees are very friendly and nice, my waitress was amazing and very nice. I will never ever return here because the wings are so terrible. The wings were so dry they cut the roof of my mouth, please do not come to this location unless you want very subpar wings.

Very much rude . They always give us issues. The food we receive every time we go there is so COLD. the management is also trash. The reheat already cold food instead of of make it fresh as asked . Would recommend Cerritos is better by a tun 🙏🏾

Did a pick up order was craving some wings, went to pick up my order asked for ranch because who doesn’t have their wings with ranch, the girl up front was rude about it and didn’t want to give it to me so I asked a guy with glasses that was there he was rude about it as well. So I had already left mad without an appetite and it was my first time ordering pick up from there worst thing I should have done. I get home my order was wrong I ordered traditional wings instead of boneless and I was mad because I payed extra for my traditional wings. I called asked for a manager no one picked up for 20 plus minutes was so mad never will I order pick up again
