I came here for the SpongeBob SquarePants bundle meal and they didn’t give me the shortcake slice. It was not until I got home, 9 miles later that I noticed, but they sure didn’t hesitate to charge me the whole thing. In a way it’s my fault for not double-checking my order before leaving if I already know how these places are. What a shame!

Parking: They have enough space, and they don't need to share it with another business. Plenty of parking. Easy way in and easy way out.

Leticia helped me in the drive-thru. Her approach was very hostile from the first interaction through the intercom, she continued to be passive aggressive when I approached the window. she looked at me like i was crazy because i ordered 2 meals and asked for 1 more ranch (because they only gave me 1), and proceeded to charge me when in reality you would think 2 condiments would be included for 2 meals. customer service was not great at all.
