Horrible! Every request that was made was Ignored. Light on the lettuce they added extra lettuce. We asked for grilled onion regular onions were on the burger. We ask for no mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich and sure enough there was mayo. Hope this place gets better. It's convenient to be next to the LA Fitness. Just wish they had better customer service.

I ordered a super star and expected to get the regular burger but it was smaller than the famous star i got for my kids.. Not Carl's Jr quality

They have a low budget drive thru cones and house lights to view the menu outside took 15 min to get someone to come out and take my order and pretty expensive only 2 people working cooking and charging and cleaning at the same time the owner should invest a little more at least to get a PA SYTEM AND HIRE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE! Worst Carl's Jr. In southern Cali don't come waste your time !

I am absolutely devasted that they are closing this spot down. I would come here all the time as a kid, but unfortuantely due to the high prices here I could not afford to continue eating here. Also, one time I asked for a cup of water and they said no because all the high school kids ask for cups of water and fill it with soda. Yikes. I always get the double western cheeseburger and it is divine. Truly, I think it is good they are closing it down and replacing it with starbucks as it is always slow and pricey. Charles S.

Don't even bother going into their "drive-thru" lane. I pulled up with one car in front of me and they took 20min to get that cars order out and an additional 15 for them to take my order after the car left. Then 10min for my order to be given to me.
Don't waste your money here. Go to any other carl's but this one. For what they are charging and what you are paying, not worth a cent. Don't believe me, experience it yourself. Burgers are bland. They need to change something.

If you like carl's, actually if you like burgers, do NOT come here. They will destroy your experience. They can not make a good burger to save their life. Don't even know how this spot is still up and running. It's that BAD ! Don't believe me, have a try yourself and hit that useful button. I genuinely love carl's but after eating at this location I realized what it's like to be an annoying reviewer. Especially when it's due like this.
