Today, I came through the drive through at about 3:20PM and it took exactly twenty five minutes to get my food....WHY??? when asked the lady at the window named gullie, stated that the cook is not fast when I looked into the establishment, There was only her and the cook. How are you guys running a business in a high traffic area? And you only have two associates in the building.Makes no sense and on top of that waited all tht time, my food was cold. HOW???

The employee Cristina Godinez was very helpful as this was my first time at a Carls Jr. She helped me with making a decision last night on what to get as I am a picky eater and her attitude and demeanor was very professional and helpful I will definitely be eating more Carls Jr if the services is like this all the time!

I'm waiting here on the drive thru and im not getting any response or answer on the machine! I got here before 11:30pm and as I see on the internet it shows they close at 12am. I'm still sitting here and haven't gotten any type of reply its been more than 10 minutes! Really bad customer service and employees! Bullshit as carls jr!!!!

Went to the drive through and encountered Alejando. He was so nice, friendly and overall seemed happy to be at work! I’ve been a couple times and he’s always in a great mood. Love to see someone happy at work:)

2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a regular soda for 20??? This people really put their own prices. Never going there ever again

Been going to this Carl's Jr. for years and its the first time I've gotten a long strand of hair in my burger. Taking my business else where.
I would not recommend this place.. the person that took my order was rude and she still gave me that wrong order and got mad because I came back….
