The customer service is horrible presented by most of the staff. Never welcome or thank you for coming. Don't pay attention when requests are made. Horrible even if just asking g for like tartar sauce on the side the container is always shallow then if u ask for more Peter and the usual coon get attitudes.

Was at kaiser an needed to eat something.To start, the fries were cold. There wasn't a line for the drive thru or inside, so the fries must've been sitting for some time before they were given to me. I asked for no bacon and there was bacon on the sandwich. For $14 a combo , not worth it.

This Carl's is never busy so your order is fast and typical Carl's Jr, always tasty but expensive compared to other similar places.Parking: It's in a Walmart shopping center parking lot with 6 other fast food places within walking distance. Endless parking.

Drive-thru. Grabbed a chicken quesadilla, but the cheese was not melted all the way through, and it was lukewarm. Came back, asked for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I offered the drive-thru person the quesadilla. I thought they would like to know what’s wrong and learn from their mistake so they can improve. The drive-thru person said I could keep it and he was going to throw it away. I just find it odd that they do not want to improve. Lastly, my hub was soaked in bbq sauce, to the point where the bottom bun was mushy. So, that probably means they did not toast the bun properly either. I just threw away everything and spent my money elsewhere. This location needs an overhaul because it seems like they do not care about how to run a restaurant.
Workers are not attentive to the drive-thru. I sat down for 30 mins and got no help and have still not gotten helped. I just want a burger and some fries. Please someone help me annyone. Im starving and running out of gas.

So thought I was gonna take my time and eat well today. So I decide to eat inside. Right when I order my food. A man comes around the corner with a freaking dog. The manager right along with me sees the man and says nothing Dogs don't belong in restaurants sir.

Nice clean restaurant. The young gentleman cashier was really nice and friendly to everyone. He brought the food to me even though I forgot to say I was eating in. He even picked up my trash. I didn't get his name but I had to stop and give a deserving review.
