When our food came out it was cold so we all sent our food back and my potatoes still came back cold as if they didn't even warm it up. I asked for medium rare lamb they gave me well done lamb idk what was up last night but do better. Service was great though

Seats were to close with other tables. Crowded continuous bumping of chairs with other patrons. Food ordered medium came out rare, which was ok for me but not the rest of my party. Took a half hour after we were done eating just to get the check. Food was just okay the last two times I've gone, not great like it was in the past. Will probably taking a break from this spot for a while.

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere and our waitress was nothin short of friendly and fantastic, the food was well seasoned and cooked to perfection, the portions were actually pretty fitting for the price and the service was again some of the best i've had in any restaurant. 10/10 would go again!

My wife and I whent to around 330 to avoid the crowd. We had never been there so we didn't know what to order. We asked for recommendations and were recommended a parrillada plus appetizers. First of all we were recommended something for 4 people. That was poor service. 2 when we got the food it looked great but way too much as we started eating the beautiful steak was undercooked, the ribs were basic ribs you buy for 3.99 a lb at the market, those were hard. The sides were fine and the empanadas were fine. We still had 2 large sections of chicken, more ribs, Mollejas and 2 empnadas left. My wife ordered 2 cocktails and I had a coke with no desert. We payed the 250 bill including a $20 tip.. even tho we really weren't very happy. We packed our 3 boxes of left overs and left. The next day we figured we would have some nice chicken for lunch.. but as we started eating the chicken was completely pink and raw inside!!! Both pieces were undercooked. So the meat was undercooked and the chicken was undercooked. You might say it was busy and those things happen, but remember it was 330 and there was no crowd maybe 5 tables of people. Just imagine when it got busy. We were excited to try this nice restaurant and try the meats but in the end we regretted spending so much for a low quality meal.

I made a reservation for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. I had been to Gaucho Grill before and received great service along with delicious food, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this experience was lacking. We were sat in a booth surrounded by large groups, the music was a bit loud, and it was not the ambiance we had hoped for. The food was not as tasty as I remembered. The steak was cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning, as did the sides. Our waiter did not check in on us until our food was finished, so I had to ask the gentleman cleaning the tables, for salt. As he checked in on us more than our waiter. I was disappointed by the experience. For the cost, I expected more. Not sure I'd return again.

My wife & I took a friend out to dinner for his birthday, unfortunately there was only one server, Daniella, (who was an excellent waitress) but was overwhelmed with all the tables she had to serve. Apparently the manager thought it was going to be a slow night and sent most of his staff home. We all ordered rib eye, 2 were over cooked.

Lunch and happy hour menu is pretty good. Prices at gaucho can be a little steep for the entree and protein options but nonetheless it's good.

The food was delicious and our server Daniel L was superb! He constantly kept checking up on us making sure everything was to our liking and also ensured our drinks were never empty. He was a great server! The atmosphere was romantic and live music was a nice touch! Will definitely be returning!!!

Came here for my Birthday. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and of good quality. The cocktails were impressive and satisfying. Our server Matias was charming and knowledgeable of the menu. All tasted well. However, there could be better seasoning of the food, as the steak and pasta lacked salt. We highly recommend the Empanadas, while the fries were perfectly crisped. Lastly, the chimichurris sauces were amazing! Out server was sweet and dropped off a dessert for my bday. We look forward to coming back, to try more menu items.

Matias was our server and was very friendly and super attentive, we love coming here. The food was excellent as always, especially the spinach empanadas.

Met with work mates for dinner. It was a rainy night and outdoor seating was closed because the overhead canopy was not enough to keep people dry. Spacious, suitable for small groups, family or workmates. We were seated quickly at 630 dinner service (we made reservations ahead of time ).Had a glass of white wine sangria which gave a buzz immediately ( but I think it lacked some sweetness compared to a red sangria).Pretty varied menu: I got two separate small plates of appetizers as my dinner : cazuela de mariscos which is a seafood stew (plump tender shrimp, squid and some mussels in a tomato based sauce) served with crusty bread, & an order of morcilla or blood sausage . Both dishes served in miniature iron skillets. My other companions got the grilled skirt steak and a pasta dish of tagliatelle with seafood. The portions for these entrees were generous, and they each took home a good amount.I enjoyed the baguette slices with the home style chimichurri sauce. I liked the chipos or cheese biscuits : a center of gooey melted cheese and crisp outer shell of dough. I think the kitchen must have a super high heat oven to get this texture.I did have to flag our waiter frantically a few times : we were competing with a family gathering at the next tables. Maybe a little extra staff was necessary?

I always have a good time and good food when I come here, everything we ordered was great. Unfortunately I didn't get the feeling that we were celebrating a special occasion (my birthday). I had put on the reservation what the dinner was for on purpose. I like to feel special when I go out to eat on my birthday, but the vibe and experience was basic. But I will not take away the fact that the food and drinks were great.

Food was good not great for the price. Best dish was a corn pudding that was fantastic. Service was outstanding. I would go back just because of the service and the attitude of all that work there. It is a very welcoming restaurant. Biggest criticism is noise level. It's hard to carry on a conversation. I would try going in the warmer months when I think it would be fun and quieter to eat outside.
