dude got my order wrong.....I repeated the order more then once and he even repeated the order as well. As soon as I get home they only put one combo in my bag after repeating it multiple times.....instead he charges me a combo and another drink? what am I going to do with two larger drinks? -.- and it should've been TWO combos not one 😒 drove back home about 20 minutes away just to have only been charged the wrong thing

The food was pretty good for a first time try. The fries were bomb but to be completely honest you can get a better cheesesteak elsewhere. Not bad for a chain restaurant in a mall.

All bark no bite, Charleys Subs in Downey. But what do you expect for a wannabe Phillycheese Steak sandwich stall in the mall. I got a 6inch with everything on it, yet there was nothing at all. The pictures on their wall look nothing like it in real life. What you'll get is quarter the amount of meat and stale bread that will leave you unsatisfied in the end. It's too bad because the taste can be something, but I'm $10 bucks out and I didn't even have fries and a drink. I hate complaining, but I'm still hungry and now i have to go somewhere else for a real beef sandwich.

They sell you combos and finally they charge you for everything separately because you have to grab other things for them to validate the combo, they pass and still tell you there is nothing else you can do, I'm sorry with that attitude I don't think I'll come back, anyway I I know I'm not the only person who buys there nor that the business is going to end because of me but I'm just sharing my experience.
The Philly steak sandwich not mind blowing it’s not what I expected tomato lettuce pickles on a Philly steak sandwich is not the business and the meat can use a little more cooking time to hard to bite barely meat in it and bell peppers leave the tomato lettuce and pickles on

Ordered food was not informed they were out of ranch till I got my sandwich which was supposed to contain ranch. So the sandwich didn’t contain everything. They also refused to give a to go box because I choose “dine in “ at a mall store front Charleys. They offered me a foil to cover the remainder of my food. I love Charleys and I’m starting to understand the lack of quality in Charleys at malls.

Terrible service, the one who prepares the sandwich with a poorly paid face, we asked him for sauce and he even made a mistake because he put it in another sandwich, the potatoes were only counted with his hands, and everyone looked bad, I'm sorry but now his service has dropped
