After receiving an incorrect order at the drive-thru, I went inside to address the issue. I calmly explained the situation, clearly identified the missing and incorrect items, and requested that they be replaced.
My receipt was taken from me with an expression that suggested I was at fault, and I was issued a “remake receipt.” Fortunately, I had the foresight to take a clear photo of the order number on one of the food bags still in my vehicle, in case it was needed for verification or tracking purposes. I entered the restaurant calm, respectful, and courteous, yet left feeling as though I had done something wrong over a very simple issue. To reiterate, I placed my order, paid in full, and the order was prepared incorrectly due to human error— something that is understandable, but entirely outside of my control.
Situations like this should be handled with professionalism and courtesy, such as a simple acknowledgment of the mistake and an offer to replace the missing items. Even a small gesture—such as a complimentary cookie, milkshake, or extra fries would have gone a long way, though no complimentary item was necessary. What mattered most was the manner in which the situation was handled.
While I do not fully agree with the saying that “the customer is always right,” this situation warranted consideration, especially since the incorrect item was physically brought in and handed to the associate for disposal. That alone should have provided sufficient confirmation of the issue and merited the benefit of the doubt.
As I am no longer local and do not live in the area, I do not anticipate returning. Frankly, I do not see myself returning at all. Based on this experience, I would rate this location 0 out of 5 stars.

A small order in the early AM done via app. The app made it very easy. Walked in to pick up, almost no wait. As a repeat customer, this was a repeat performance. Good food was ready as expected. Very fast turnaround. Later in the day, I suspect the experience may take longer. Using the app for takeout is highly recommended.
This is the best chic fil a!!! The atmosphere is like no other. Manager here is great!! I loved how welcoming this location is nothing compared to SD where everything is packed and fast. At this location you can take your time and enjoy good quality time with the family.

As a frequent customer of Chick-fil-A, visiting multiple times a week, I’ve generally enjoyed the food and service. However, this particular location has consistently made errors with my orders. While I understand occasional mistakes, the frequency here has been disappointing. When I contacted customer service to address these issues, I was informed my account was flagged for requesting corrections, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall due to this experience, I’ve decided to stop visiting this location. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve service quality.

Chick-Fil-A is consistently a great dining experience and the workers stand out everytime I visit. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the workers genuinely seem to care about providing a great experience. Even during busy times of the day, the workers still manage to keep the atmosphere pleasant.The commitment to customer service builds trust and makes you feel valued as guest. Their food is made with high quality ingredients, and you can tell they take pride in their food preparation. Some foods that show this are their chicken sandwich, which is crispy and perfect seasoned. Another great food is the waffle fries, which are crispy on the outside and soft inside. All their drinks are refreshing and a great addition to any meal. Overall, Chick-Fil-A combines excellent service with delicious food, which makes it a reliable choice that many people love, including myself. The only thing I would change is to adjust the prices on the food and make it more affordable.

My friends and I went to Chick-fil-A a few days ago and the food was delicious, and the service itself was incredibly amazing. I totally recommend this restaurant because the employees are so nice and as you walk in, will happily greet you with a warm smile. The employees make me feel special as they ask if I need anything and are always happy to help. I just love to order the chicken nuggets as they’re so crispy and good, along with the fries and I also just love to also get the fruit punch. On my visit to Chick-fil-A, I told one of the employees it was my birthday, and I got a free ice cream cone! I was so happy they gave me one because I love ice cream! If you’re looking to go to a good restaurant by yourself or with some friends, definitely check out Chick-fil-A, thanks!
