This Chick-fil-A is not very buy slow compared to the one on Firestone Blvd love that its close to my house. Been to this Chick-fil-A at 5 or 6 times since it opened and, each time I ordered my food as been correct. I understand sometimes orders can be wrong it happens we are human that no reason to get upset don't know if this place will last but in the mean time I will continue to go there. Food is good service it also good stuff is friendly
Drive thru missed up my order. Had to go back in the store an re pay for what I ordered. Rep looked bothered by me for her messing up my order. On top of that don't get the vanilla ice coffee @ the Telegraph rd Downey location it was trash compared to other ChickFilA. I'm better off making my own at home. Look at my bill. Super un satisfied....

Grand opening! And I get a chicken sandwich with wilted lettuce and a semi hard bun and some stale fries. Please don't make me drive to the further restaurant.
UPDATE AS OF 11/7/24 Nothing really. They said someone will be in contact with me, haven't heard back to this day. I'm guessing they must have alot of complaints that they are addressing one by one.

Excellent service by SHARLIZE PETITE. And she remembered my name 10 minutes later when I came back to order Banana shake. great banana shake. Make sure always get Chick fil a Sauce with any sandwich or meal. Really adds to the taste. God Bless Chick Fil A for honoring God and encouraging people to rest and go to church on SUNDAY

I do not recommend this location, I grabbed a Deluxe In not so good condition, the burger was leaking water, very unpleasant. The person in front at the drive thrue was being overcharged for adding things he didn't ask for. I am not happy with the quality of the product.

Didn’t want to leave a bad review on the first visit to this location so I went back a second and now a third time. Each time has been very slow help in drive thru. Yesterday ended up ordering on app while waiting on drive thru as no one was answering the intercom. At pick up questioned if it was not working and was told it was.

Mobile thru is supposed to be faster and more convenient, but all they do is force you into the normal line which is slower and less convenient. Do better 👎🏼

I was very excited to see this Chick-fil-A open so close to me. On my first visit, I received the wrong order. Not a huge deal as it was still tasty and I was reimbursed. I went back again a second time and, as others have mentioned, the fries tasted stale. I was very surprised to experience anything stale since this location just recently opened. It's a bit disappointing because Chick-fil-A fries are typically my favorite fries of any fast food restaurant. I'm hoping these issues are just because the location is new. I'll give it another chance because the staff was pleasant and the other items that I had were delicious.
The sandwiches wre burnt blk crust no flavor Fries mushy mayb 4 3 wht 1 brown and crumbs hard bits and pieces of fries.I coukd not believe what i was seing amd eatingI have eaten chik fillet for 40yrs! The soupwas so thick few cutnup noodles not 1 cutly reg size noofle as if they scraped the bottom of pkt. EVEN CK was flat sugary! Horrible never again
