I broke down in the city of Downey with a long trailer and left it parked at this location. In the morning CF employee Raul C. came to speak to me about leaving it overnight and how they've been having issues. After explaining what had happened he apologized showed empathy and even gave me breakfast. This really got my spirits up after some bad luck and a long night. W Raul and W Chick-fil-A 9180

I was have a crazy morning the drive thru attendant picked up on that and threw in a 4 count mini breakfast chicken minis they made my day better thanks for the sweet gesture

This location is always so clean and the staff is so welcoming . Today we wanted to come in and have breakfast unfortunately I wasnt aware that breakfast ended at 1030am and we happen to walk in at 1050am as we walked out the manager ( i believe he was ) came running and handed us a breakfast sandwich. That was so sweet and thoughtful.

The manager was genuinely kind and enthusiastic about providing the best service possible. His service and his colleagues’ truly made our day.
