This idiot Samantha clearly needs some hearing aids or something cause she clearly doesnt know the difference between sweet and unsweet tea. I asked for sweet tea and she put my order with unsweet tea. I will not be going to this chick-fil-a location EVER AGAIN. She also messed my entire order up by putting the wrong sandwich as well. I will never understand how hard it is to complete a very simple job. And she wasnt even being rushed because it was not packed when i went and i can see why it wasnt packed with Samanthas HORRIBLE service.

By far the best dining experience. The service was excellent. The food delivery was excellent and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The manager was also extremely polite. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend going to this location.

. They need to say hi to everybody that comes into their establishment! The managers in particular look at you like what are you doing here? I'm just trying to help, every place that says hi like, in and out habit burger, El Pollo loco, everybody in the place says hi. This place isn't welcoming, I think that's why their sales are so low. Just saying.

When we went in the afternoon like around 4:50 this girl gave us attitude when we were ordering. I had given her my order and she messed it up giving us the wrong food, making us unsatisfied when we got home.

The staff is great and polite and they always clean the tables after someone finishes at the. The restaurant is very clean too.Vegetarian options: Other than a salad and the egg and biscuit breakfast, the vegetarian options are very limited.Kid-friendliness: Kids get coloring books and sometimes a gift card can for a free treat. The staff is very kind to children.
The absolute worst chick til a ever. Took over 35 minutes to get a damn salad. Save your time and go to a different location. They should shut this location down.

Today 02/20/24 at 1:00pm I come in for an online order the manager (AMI). AMILET seems to be angry all the time she hands out orders. She is very unfriendly doesn't greed the customers, like all others do. I asked her a question about confirming the order she was going to hand me and she makes bad face expressions. I also listen to how she talked to a person using her bad tone of voice and try's to sugar coat it at the end with a thank you or have a good day. I have tried to speak to her supervisor but guess what they are all the same and try to cover ea. other's back.
