Chili's 🌶 has always been a family favorite, mostly the one in Corona (Dos Lagos). So we base our standards from the Chili's there. It's just sad to see the younger generation not really interested in providing good service. We just find it amusing to wait 30 minutes for a table and it be sticky, with a rancid smell. Then again I wonder if management is overseeing operations in the actual diner?? There are instances where our youth are inexperienced and need guidance or training. But in any event, please have tables wiped down correctly. Thanks

Terrible experience, the 2 hostess at the door had zero control of the wait time and seating. Took about 2 hours to get seated when we were told it was a 45min wait. Party of 6 had to be split into 2 booths. Arrived 6:20pm. Sat 8:20pm. Served 9pm. Don't recommend for parties over 4. Also purchased a gift card from the actual store. Didn't work when using to pay. Waited an extra 30min to try and resolve there issue, they didnt. More than 4 hrs. Total headache.
