It's a hit and miss packed most of the time. Food takes a while to come out, and service is good, but then it can take time if it is way to packed.

One of the managers took my order over the phone. He was exceptional with his customer service. He also was very accommodating and even recommended certain dishes that he liked very friendly and I will be going back.

Arrived around 8:30 on a Tuesday and was seated almost immediately, service was great but the baby back ribs that I got were not the best and the brisket quesadilla had more cheese and bbq than brisket

Very long waiting time; more than 45 minutes; The staff was very friendly, the waiting space was very small and crowded with people waiting.

Chips and Guac were great. The new Don Julio Margarita was way over iced. I went with Cheyanne's suggestion (our gracious waitress) and ordered the Tripple Trio with the burger sliders, southwest egg rolls and the honey crispers. I took one bite of each thing and it all was just ok. My friend on the other hand loved her Long Island ice tea. She ordered the Ancho Salmon with broccoli and ate every bite of it.

My family and I ate at the Downey, CA location. The staff was incredibly friendly and had a good amount of knowledge about the menu. They were helpful in making modifications and even offered suggestions for replacement options.
I do wish that Chili’s offered more menu choices for vegetarians.
Vegetarian options: There are not enough vegetarian options on the menu. There are selections that can be modified but be prepared to pay as if you were receiving the meat option. This can also lead to extra up charges if you want to add different veggies into your meal.
Parking: Located within a large shopping plaza with plenty available parking spaces.
