I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one needed to be said. I ordered a burrito bowl last night and found an actual stone in my food. Quality control at this location clearly needs serious attention. wouldn’t recommend and would never go back to this location

The food taste is so bad I wanna throw up I order extra meat and didn’t receive it the chips are extremely stale the workers here are rude lazy and unprofessional

The big tall lady that speaks spanish with glasses and long hair, if you see this lady behind the counter just walk away. She gives very little portions and does not know her own menu. Twice I have had poor service and food when she was working.

Service was terrible, machines watered down , they never answer the phone and girl gave me a whole different order didn’t realize until I got home which is 30 min away so I couldn’t go back. Never coming here again!

i came here yesterday getting a bowl and the worker gave me so little amount of rice and meat its not worth 11 bucks for the amount i even vomited when i ate the brown rice its like they dont care about their customers i would want a refund if i could but i dont have the receipt so ill just take the L and never come here again chiplote do better and retrain your staff
The lady working today Monday Aug 25th at 1:55pm was rushing through my family's order too fast. She put rice in on my dad's burrito, he didn't say he wanted rice. Then when he said I di want rice she just shook the tortilla and just most of the rice came off. Didn't even give him a new tortilla. Then when it came to my order there was hardly any meat in the taco. I didn't like how much she was rushing us through and not paying attention to what we wanted.
