Don’t order online at this location. They always skimp. Most my bowl was rice. 5-6 pieces of chicken, 5-8 grains of beans and couple tablespoon of the salsas. Happens allll the time at this location or I wouldn’t be writing this. never again!

First off, I like Chipotle but this store issues. If you come after 7pm they are literally out of everything, from the food to the drinks. Save yourself a headache and go to the Firestone location.

Extremely disappointed! I placed an order online for pick up, really wanted to try the new honey chicken but… there was hardly any chicken in my bowl and it was fridge cold, my brown rice was really hard. I also asked for veggies and there was no veggies at all. It was supposed to have lettuce and there was about 5 strands of lettuce, not exaggerating… my guacamole was more of a half of an avocado. Best thing about it… my bowl was half empty! I wish I would’ve taken a picture or returned it but I was starving and had to go to work after.

My experience was horrible but specifically at this place apolo. The employees have no customer service I ask for food/sides in two instances but they don’t want to give it. No black beans. No white rice no red salsa. N wen I complaint thy threw it at me. I will never come back. I been in Cerritos mall location the service there is night n day compare to apolo. Management should train these employees. No kindness no respect.
