The rice is constantly undercooked. We have gone several times to wind up with crunchy, raw rice in our bowls. The staff is very friendly but don't seem to have anyone to overlook or train them on how to properly cook the food.

When arrived glass doors were so dirty. Walked in and lots of food on ground and tables not cleaned up. All of the food buckets were half full and food was outside of buckets. When I got my 3 tacos carne asada was cold. Nothing like shows on commercial. Will not go again...

This is probably the third time I came to this location for a lunch to find out they are out of half of their ingredients. The staffing should definitely have a sign out stating they are out of the following on their entrance so you don't have to wait over 15 minutes in line to find out they are out of items. The location is in a pretty populated area so you'd think they would have plenty of ingredients on hand.

I order delivery through the app, my order arrived with half of the rice uncooked, the veggies weren’t cooked either, it’s like they chopped up the veggies and just added them to the bowl and it was cold. Expecting for comparte to reach out because they’re serving costumers raw

Came here today and no complaints about the food, the lady with tattoos was super cool but the other 2 lady's, the one on the line putting the toppings and the lady charging need a day off or something because they have a attitude problem! THE GENTLEMAN PREPPING THE FOOD/COOKING THOE!!! Has a nasty beard and was not wearing a hair net around it Totally disgusting and unhygienic (Cut it or cover it bro)! We don't want your hairs on our food! Place was clean and food was great thoe! THANKS!

Hello my name is Samantha and I came into chipotle today feeling very hungry for a burrito. As I was welcomed in by the worker who takes my order whose name is Jamir, she asked me what I would like today. I asked for a burrito and as I gave her my toppings and I asked for guacamole, an extra $2.65. My price was 13.97 and as I was eating my burrito there was no guacamole, I kept searching and searching. Just to find no guacamole. The worker Jamir should add the guacamole if she's going to charge me for it.
I ordered a burrito bowl and the white rice was undercooked. Unfortunately it's not the first time.

It was 10:35am and they still hadn't unlocked doors. I had placed an online at like 10:20am. Then a worker named Michelle came and finally opened the door and just walked away. She didn't even indicate to us that the door had been opened or anything. There was about 5 of us waiting. Very unprofessional. I was disappointed because typically Chipotle has a good reputation. I won't ever go back to this location. It was 10:40 and my food was still not ready.
