I made it a mission to come to Cinnabon today to get the T-Life (T-Mobile $4 off) deal. I had the beautiful Center Of The Roll warmness in my HAND and then I got declined because I'm using AMEX and only had AMEX. I had to give the employee back the roll and walk away. It's a shame that a nationwide company like Cinnabon backed by T-Mobile can't accept something like an American Express card. Never coming to here or any other Cinnabon ever again. Better off going to Wetzel's Pretzels for a chewy snack instead. Totally ruined my day, a shame really.

Friendly workers, Service is good cinnamon rolls are great.
Came here on 1/16 my fraps were made wrong they were sour. Came back and the sweetest employee helped me Antonio he was so helpful and re made my fraps to what they needed to taste like.

I been here before and always been treating nice today I quess she was having a bad night at work , she was mad when she was giving me my drink with a bad attitude... IM a manager and if i see this behavior I will give her a warning .

customer service sucks, if you get an email on your birthday for free stuff it a lie. plus the products sold here can be found elsewhere, better and not as expensive. so yeah not worth your time and money. this from a loyal customer of over 20 something years who had fond memories of this place, the service has declined greatly and it show.
