Bussing boba, popcorn chicken, and fried rice

i had a disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this boba shop due to the front counter employee. she has thin eyebrows and looks goth, her name is sam i believe? i asked if i could pay using change — it was all quarters, already counted and organized beforehand, and exactly $6. She told me no, which I understood and accepted immediately.

however, instead of ending the interaction there, sam continued to make repeated comments about not wanting to count the change, saying things like “respectfully, i don’t want to count all that change.” the conversation was unnecessarily dragged out, and her tone was loud and came across as rude and unprofessional.

i understand being busy and having policies, but there was no reason to continue commenting after i had already agreed and moved on. i hope management addresses this, as customer service is just as important as the drinks.

I have been coming here for a few years and I’ve never had an issue until now. The cashier was friendly, no issues with her. I ordered a combo (cumin chicken and fried rice) and I noticed the cooks were not wearing gloves while making the food. At first I didn’t think anything of it but when I saw a second cook eating next to the stove/grill, I didn’t feel comfortable getting my food from there. I still watched the rest of the process, the guy who was eating, set his food aside, DID NOT wash his hands and began to make the cumin chicken. When he was putting the chicken in the container, he used his unwashed hands to push the chicken into the container then proceeded to grab the remaining pieces of chicken with his bare hands and placed them on top of the rest. At least wash your hands before handling food. I’m not sure if I’ll give Class 302 another shot even though I’ve been coming here for a few years now.

Disappointed — the popcorn chicken wasn’t even crispy and definitely not worth $9.

Small place. Super friendly staff. Self serve boba. Have 20 different flavors. Some interesting. Some super good. They let you taste test which is awesome. Prices are decent keeping in mind the times now. They have a food menu. Had the spicy shrimp and pork wonton soup. It didn't disappoint. Hit the spot. Will definitely be visiting this place again !

Honestly love this spot and have been going since they opened love the alex serve option for the drinks and staff is always quick and friendly. Can’t really complain always clean and quick love it

It was a neat experience to make your own boba drink esp with so many types of flavors and toppings to choose from. You get to also sample the flavors first before committing, so that was a real bonus! The food was a good deal for $16 for app and entree, but it tasted ok. The basil fried rice left a weird taste on our tongue and made other things taste weirder. The noodles, popcorn chicken, fried pork and reg fried rice were bland, except for the Spicy Miso Udon. The school tables and chairs were sticky. The lady in front was trying to stay friendly, prob irritated bc of some misbehaved boys that was harassing her and the business. Overall, worth a try esp if you want to control the amount of toppings in your boba drink and taste it before buying.

Samantha was so sweet and happy to explain to us their system. I loved and appreciate her positive energy and kindness. The boba and drinks were delicious too. :)

My cousin, mom, and I came here for the first time today; we all got boba and it was great! Samantha was really nice and helpful (shoutout to her) and the music playing over the speakers was really good! Whoever controls the music has great taste lol
I definitely recommend this place, at the very least check out the boba :)

The tea and service is good. They also sell food and beer.

I don’t like that the tea is premade. I don’t like sugar in my tea and they don’t have the option to adjust that. Other than that, it’s a nice place.

I like the warm fresh BOBA, or tapioca balls, with their Thai Tea Slushy. The place is self serve including different kinds of boba, teas, and slushy.
They also serve food like beef soup and calamari.
