We used to go to the Cerritos Coco's and were really sad that it closed. We went there regularly over 20+ years. Being this is the closest one to us, we went to this location. Went about a month ago. Their strawberries and whip cream pancakes were great. Went the following week - not too great. They were a bit dry and not as fluffy and creamy as the the first time :(
The waitress was very attentive and personable. The food as always was very tasty and served at the appropriate temperature. The timing was good. We didn't feel rushed and we didn't have to wait on her. The waitress doesn't act as cashier anymore, we are required to go to the cashier and wait in line. That was disappointing.
