If you have not had the Original Ice Blended Mocha from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf then you are missing out. It’s the original of all blended mochas. All the other ones out there are pretenders. Great crew and excellent service!

Everytime I come here, the young lady that’s there most week days around 1pm (maybe Asian) is always rude or sarcastic sounding, I’ve tried to be nice but she’s always like that with me for some reason. Everyone is so nice and has basic customer service. But this female just lacks customer service skills and everyone can see it even if she says the basic things, it’s how she says it. I come to this location because it’s closest to my kids school and I have a baby with me on top of that so it is a lot to get my drink. This attitude makes me have to now go to the one on Firestone.

The service is AWFUL! My wife bought a drink here and the Asian employee tipped himself 20$ without asking! and when my wife asked about why it came out so expensive he gave my wife a bad attitude respond saying I don’t understand what your saying, because my wife doesn’t speck English she didn’t know how to respond to that and he just ignored her. Overall the employee should be more professional and more polite.
