I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment . So get use to it it’s happening all around in a lot of businesses .

Julie Isabella Liz and Liana are amazing, nice hard working and friendly. Great customer service from these 4 Ladies and the rocky road is the best ice cream that i've ever had from any creamery. If you're in the area, this place is a must

The staff is extremely passive aggressive and has been rude on many occasions at this location. But today my family was turned away when they had 5 minutes left till closing but they took the person before us. When mentioning the time they just said they’re closed. As an employee myself I understand how frustrating it is when a customer walks in 5-10 minutes before closing but I know it’s my job (as I applied for it) to assist customers that walk in before the exact (10/11pm) closing time.

Its been twice this month that when i go they have “ran out of waffle cones”. I asked why dont they order more inventory if they know it sells out. They said it sells out early. I know they have waffle makers and it makes no sense if they do it at the store. Maybe they use this excuse so they dont clean the machines again i really dont know. Mcdonalds uses the excuse their icecream machine is broken, Cold Stone uses the “we ran out of waffle cones”. Ive been here as well as many other locations and never has this been an issue. I dont buy it. Shouldn’t a store prepare for the heavy demand? Makes zero sense.

(Sorry for the bad photo that’s the best I took before I devoured it lol)Cold stone is hands down one of my favorite spots. I always get the mint with Oreos it’s my absolute favorite combination. It’s pretty expensive but tbh what I do is get the gotta have it (large) because it’s only one dollar more and is quite literally double the size than the medium. If you share it with someone then it’s more worth it. If you check out my profile you’ll see I got a rolled ice cream that was mediocre at best while this was really good. Overall it’s a great experience the staff was extremely nice and the atmosphere was good.

I NEVER bother with reviews, but today I could NOT resist!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ordered a milkshake.... As I was trying to pay (with a $20 bill from 2003)The red head girl insisted that the bill was fake. She even said the machine is saying its fake.So I pull out a $1 bill and said to try it in the machine. The machine said my $1 bill was fake. So I said "Your machine is inaccurate, give me my money and I'll leave. They didnt want to give me back my money.... They just ignored me and hid in the back room like a bunch of cowards.Had to call the police and the officer who arrived (whom was cool af btw) walked right in, and came out with my money nodding his head saying "Its real."........all I wanted was a shake...
This establishment should provide masks if they are going to require you to wear them in order to enter, employees do not wash hands after handling debit cards and money or in between severing customers. IF we as customers are required to wear a mask then they should not be able to handle items then help another customer. Will never come to this store again. Very sad!!!

I went here july 14 2021 around 2 pm. there were 4 ladies at the counter and 2 helped me out. one of them (big lady) has the ugliest personality. cant even get my order right and does not communicate. all in all this is bu far my worst cold stone experience. I hope this employee gets replaced
