The staff is extremely passive aggressive and has been rude on many occasions at this location. But today my family was turned away when they had 5 minutes left till closing but they took the person before us. When mentioning the time they just said they’re closed. As an employee myself I understand how frustrating it is when a customer walks in 5-10 minutes before closing but I know it’s my job (as I applied for it) to assist customers that walk in before the exact (10/11pm) closing time.

Its been twice this month that when i go they have “ran out of waffle cones”. I asked why dont they order more inventory if they know it sells out. They said it sells out early. I know they have waffle makers and it makes no sense if they do it at the store. Maybe they use this excuse so they dont clean the machines again i really dont know. Mcdonalds uses the excuse their icecream machine is broken, Cold Stone uses the “we ran out of waffle cones”. Ive been here as well as many other locations and never has this been an issue. I dont buy it. Shouldn’t a store prepare for the heavy demand? Makes zero sense.

It's Cold Stone...you know the routine. Pick your ice cream and what size you want then choose what you want them to mix into it. They smack and slap it together on a (wait for it) cold stone. Serve and enjoy.I got coffee ice cream with Heath bar pieces mixed in.The coffee ice cream had above average flavor. Not weak but could have been more bold. The creaminess was right on. Usually the mix-in pieces are small but this time they were monstrously huge and plentiful. I liked it! It was like they just took one swing of a hammer to a Heath bar and dumped the whole bar of chunks into the ice cream.There is some seating out in front of the store which is where I sat and ate my "like it" size cup of ice cream. Staff were pleasant and efficient and did a superb job of spanking the ice cream.

Worst customer service to exist. When entering the store I was barely acknowledged. The workers were so indulged in their own personal conversations with one another didn't even acknowledge I was there. I got my order and it was awful, usually what I get has fudge and cookie dough bite, and so on but the ice cream only had vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips?? I'll never come back to this place again

(Sorry for the bad photo that’s the best I took before I devoured it lol)Cold stone is hands down one of my favorite spots. I always get the mint with Oreos it’s my absolute favorite combination. It’s pretty expensive but tbh what I do is get the gotta have it (large) because it’s only one dollar more and is quite literally double the size than the medium. If you share it with someone then it’s more worth it. If you check out my profile you’ll see I got a rolled ice cream that was mediocre at best while this was really good. Overall it’s a great experience the staff was extremely nice and the atmosphere was good.

I NEVER bother with reviews, but today I could NOT resist!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ordered a milkshake.... As I was trying to pay (with a $20 bill from 2003)The red head girl insisted that the bill was fake. She even said the machine is saying its fake.So I pull out a $1 bill and said to try it in the machine. The machine said my $1 bill was fake. So I said "Your machine is inaccurate, give me my money and I'll leave. They didnt want to give me back my money.... They just ignored me and hid in the back room like a bunch of cowards.Had to call the police and the officer who arrived (whom was cool af btw) walked right in, and came out with my money nodding his head saying "Its real."........all I wanted was a shake...

Very disappointed in service today. I went in for a love it, and left with a like it. I asked for a waffle bowl, and the worker did not comprehend how to give it to me. He almost put my ice cream in a handheld cone, and I had to stop him. I left without the size or waffle bowl that I asked for. He also put the lid without asking me, so it leaked on me and my car. I would have eaten it outside without the lid compacting my ice cream. Even further, he did not even crunch up my toppings. I have chunks of my toppings, and I ordered extra toppings too. I am very disappointed in this. I am mainly eating ice cream without toppings, and the little amount of toppings he did include with my order are huge pieces of candy bars. This is not the service I used to receive here, but this location has been very unhelpful for a while now. Today was disappointing, so I have to say something. They also had issues with my card, but were able to charge me. Very chaotic and frustrating experience overall.

I absolutely love this location! The workers are so kind especially one of the workers who was serving me named Sarah. She suggested good ice cream and toppings to go with it. Overall, the customer service was very good and I will be coming back there again!

Worst late night crew ever. I walked in with my 8year old to spend his gift card. We walked in seconds after this gentleman. And the worker tells me "sorry we're closing in 5 minutes we're not taking anymore customers after him" making me and my son leave the store and making my son cry. She would not give me her name and when I said I was going to call in the morning she "thought" about giving my son ice cream. Obviously at that point I don't want to or ever will give this location my business. If you close at 10:30 the doors stay opened and unlock until then. You take your last customer at 10:30 not 10:25!!!!!

Want to catch Covid? Go here! The guy who was doing mix-ins was coincidentally the only one NOT WEARING A MASK. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask- fine, but that individual shouldn't be working directly with food then. I was so uncomfortable I left without even making a purchase. So gross and entirely irresponsible....
