One thing I'm big on is customer service, especially when I walk through the door of an establishment. We were greeted when we walked in, that alone got this place 4 stars. The place was nice, clean and the cashier was friendly. This was my first time at any creamistry and I will definitely come back.

Honestly, the ice cream itself was lovely, but can’t really say the same about the customer service. Had to wait till someone got my order (in a very bad attitude by the way) and then got my order wrong.
Horrible service experience, i stood at the register for 15 mins to be assisted and staff were walking in front of ignoring me and they looked very angry!!

Wow I couldn't imagine worse service. The whole concept of this store pretty much guarantees you have to take extraordinarily long but they make half my order then make someone else's order before finishing mine.
Save your money and spend it somewhere better and let this place go out of business and hopefully something better will pop up
