We walked in genuinely excited, especially after seeing Dubai chocolate on the menu—big mistake. A group of five of us entered at 10:45 PM, with 15 minutes left until their posted closing time. We waited inside for 10 full minutes, only for a staff member to finally come over looking visibly annoyed that we existed and tell us they were closed… all while the “OPEN” sign was still on. If you’re going to close early, have the decency to turn off the sign instead of wasting people’s time and treating customers like an inconvenience. This wasn’t just bad service, it was straight up disrespectful. Completely unprofessional, incredibly disappointing, and absolutely NOT a place I would recommend to anyone.

I waited over an hour for Creamistry to open today. Their website clearly says they open at 12:00 PM, so I planned my day around that and drove 20+ minutes from Long Beach to get there. I arrived at 12:28 PM on a Sunday, and they were still closed.
Honestly, it was a complete waste of my time and gas. If a business isn’t going to open at their posted hours, they should update their website or at least put up a sign. Super frustrating experience, and I left without even getting what I came for

I came in to get an ice cream for my birthday and was excited since I have been wanting to try it for a long time. A friend and I went in through the opened doors and waited for a young girl for more than 10 minutes to complete an order....just to tell me they're closed!! What kind of customer service is this? If the doors are open and you wait more than 10 minutes inside, you should be tended to, not 'We're closed'. After informing her that we've been waiting for sometime, she begrudgingly said she'd take our order...We walked out. Go somewhere where they understand customer service.

There was no “hi, welcome!” No “we will be right with you.”. Nothing! They did not acknowledge us at all. We waited at the register, hoping they would say something. We looked around at the customers, realizing not one person had ice cream yet. After waiting for about 10 minutes, still not even being acknowledged, we decided to leave. I told the couple who just walked in behind us “Good luck, we have been waiting and had not been acknowledged at all.” As soon as we walk out and around the corner, we see that one of the employees went up to the register yo help them. This was such a disappointing experience and we felt like they just did not want to help US.

My order took over 15 minutes to be completed, and during that time, the staff appeared more focused on their personal conversations than on serving customers efficiently. Additionally, I ordered a large cup, but it was only filled halfway — which felt both careless and disrespectful. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope steps are taken to ensure a better experience for future customers.
