Was disappointed on the size of my crimson chicken it was a small piece compared to the last time, its been awhile the fries were undercooked

Ordered on their preferred platform. It said it would be ready in “at least 30 minutes” so I timed myself accordingly to pick up. When I got there right at the suggested pickup time, I opened the food in my car to find what everything had become moist and soggy, everything lost its texture and crunch. I’m not sure if it was the packaging or simply the misleading time but if you ask me, both need improvement. Once I got back to my hotel which is down the street I sat down to eat only to find that the chicken had lost or missing flavor. I don’t know if you ever been to a place where you can smell the spices/flavor but when you bite into it it’s not there? Well, that’s what I experienced. The chicken was spicy, as I had requested so that was fine, but no flavor. Fries had no salt though it did seem to have some type of cajun-like seasoning, regardless, they were bland. Even my little 2nd year old that LOVES fries didn’t eat it, she gave it back to me. I came here because of the reviews, so I’m thinking it may have just been my order but at $50 for some wings and a fountain drink we feel ripped off. We honestly didn’t eat more than two pieces of chicken, it was that bad.

They ran out of Mac & Cheese. Understandable. I had to double check my order to make sure it was even there. When I mentioned it, they substituted the Mac & Cheese for something better. I ain’t even mad. That’s customer service. That is why I keep coming back here. 5 stars. To the owner. Please pay your staff more. They deserve it.

Got the worst food poisoning here!
I got 3pc chicken tenders in medium so not very spicy compared to what I normally eat. Food tasted decent 7/10 however the after math was the worst pain I ever had. I’m thinking cross contamination in the kitchen or not cleaning the fryer correctly. Fair warning

I went here for the first time yesterday. I wish I was a local because I would be coming here all the time. I got their Crimson sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was very crispy and very flavorful and their sauce was so good. If I’m ever in the area again I’m definitely stopping by.

They're always really nice and helpful but the best part is the chicken isn’t just spicy it actually tastes seasoned.

This place is really good if.you like chicken burger but if you are one.of those people that don't handle spicy I'll will suggest to go mild because medium is already hot enough

You have to order thru the app, you can’t call and place an order that’s the only bummer. After placing the order online it took about 25-30 min, they had an option to cut the sandwich in half which i selected and they unfortunately didn’t do, I also asked for no pickles on one sandwich and both had it regardless. There’s no distinction on which one is what when you get the order. So when selecting options on the app to place an order they may not do what you selected. We got the hottest level burn baby burn-and hot. It was pretty good, the chicken was well cooked and juicy. We spent roughly $40 on both our orders, two sandwiches, two scoops of fries and one drink. Would consider going back.

I tried the Hot Chicken Sandwich (HOT level) and the Blooming Onion, spending around $24. While I appreciate that everything is made to order, and the food came out hot, the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.
The sandwich had the right level of heat based on their scale, but the flavor beyond the spice was pretty mild. The chicken patty could’ve used more seasoning, and for $13, it felt a bit small. It came with a light amount of coleslaw, and adding cheese was an extra charge (possibly $1 or $3, I may be misremembering).
The Blooming Onion was unfortunately undercooked in the middle. It likely needed to be cut a bit deeper and fried longer to ensure everything was fully cooked and crispy throughout. More seasoning would’ve helped as well.
On the positive side, the food is made fresh, which I do appreciate, even if the wait was a little longer than expected. The seating was basic, but on par with what you’d find at most casual spots.
Service was minimal since I ordered at the kiosk, and there wasn’t much staff interaction. It wasn’t unfriendly, just more of a self-serve vibe.
I usually like to try a place twice before making a final call, but with so many great chicken sandwich spots around at more affordable prices, I’m not sure I’d return. Still, if you’re curious and like trying new hot chicken places, it may be worth checking out once to see how it lines up with your own taste.
