recommended to me — I wasn’t disappointed. There was a bit of a line when I arrived, but it moved quickly and the staff were helpful, even with all the hustle. The ordering process was super easy, and the space felt clean and welcoming.
The cookies themselves? Genuinely excellent. Big, warm, and packed with flavour — definitely lived up to the hype. I tried a couple of the weekly specials and would’ve gone back again if I’d had more time in Downey.
Nice stop if you’re travelling and want something sweet (or very American!). Great location too — easy to find and plenty of parking nearby, but we walked as hoteled in the local area

This location is usually quick taking orders and giving customers their orders in a decent amount of time. They never have knives though, which I get sad about everytime that I go. Customer Service can be better, they don’t really greet me when I come in for some reason.

Drove to get a cookie and got there at 5;55. The worker was outside waiting by door and asked if I’m doing a pick up because they are closed. Denied service. I was surprised as cookies are already baked and I had 5 minutes
