I went to the store in Downey and the manager guy, didn’t get his name said they had no more package for the 3 mini cookies and I had to buy the bigger box when I only wanted 3. I felt that I was force to get the bigger package and paid more :(

since walking into the store i was greeted with warming customer service from the employees, along with my cookies being really well made with fullfilling my expectations on this weeks cookies!Parking: the parking lot can be full at time to time, be sure to always consider other parking lots around the plaza since crumble cookie is only a tab bit of walking distance from other stores!
I love crumbl cookies. Some may say they are too sweet but I have sweet tooth so they are perfect to me. I love how they all have different textures and they come out with different flavors each week.
