The elite dog is phenomenal

LA is home to all kinds of fun food packed with flavor - dare I say it may be one of my top food cities in the country. On my latest trip, I just had to check out this spot that makes loaded hot dogs - something so classically American but amped up!

Came in within half an hour of closing, wasn’t allowed to order nor even use the restroom. Updating closing to 10:30 :)

I don't know why there isn't a line out the door for these dogs. The buns are made fresh by a local bakery and I was blown away by the flavor and the fresh ingredients. Do yourself a favor and go get a dog here... don't forget to order a fresh churro. I'm still thinking about my food.

My first time stopping in, absolutely killer. I got the House Dog and a small Dirty Esquite, totally hit the spot. Definitely swinging by everytime I'm in the area.

I loved everything about dirt dogs except for the price. I paid over $20 for one hot dog (the LA cheese steak) , a small fry (and it was very small), a small drink. Very tasty food, not sure if I'll be back too expensive. I'm going to get a $5 Glizzy Street dog. I'm sure they'll have some flavors I'll love for much less money.

Ordered the Elote Dog and the DUI Dog definitely a solid choice! The Elote Dog has a great mix of sweet corn, creamy sauce, and tangy cheese, while the DUI Dog delivers that perfect combo of smoky bacon. Both are packed with flavor. Highly recommend Dirt Dog for anyone craving a unique twist of street hotdogs. Price was a bit on the steep side tho.

The food was great. It's a bit pricy, though. The place was empty at 1 pm on a Thursday. Service was good. It appears that they are lacking storage space as a bunch of back of house items were stored up front.

Great hot dogs and fast service

Overhyped hole in the wall. This is not birria what they serve. Plus the moody server doesn't help at all. You need a good attitude to serve customers. Will not be returning. Even if the food is bad, good service goes a long way!!
