I've ordered many many times, and only had an issue twice (incorrect order). But they bent over backwards to made good on it both times.

I wonder how they don't require them to use hair nets and gloves. I saw how an employee returned from his break and didn't wash his hands when making a pizza, very poor hygiene.

I wanted to try the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. I ordered for pickup. With the bread I ordered a soda and two marinara dip cups. When I picked up my order the girl working there gave me the cheesy bread and the soda. I pulled off and about two blocks away I hit a red light. I decided to check if my dip cups were inside the box. They were not.So now I'm irritated I have to bust a U and go back for my dip cups. It's not the first time this place has forgotten my dip cups. The audacity to charge people $1 for 4 tablespoons of sauce and not MAKE SURE you actually give them to them is ridiculous. Service everywhere is really going down the drain so I wasn't even surprised. Just disappointed. The stuffed cheesy bread was good like it usually is. So 3 stars for the food. Minus 2 stars for the lack of diligence. Service needs to be better.

If I can put 0 for the places I would I just order a pizza and when I open the box there was a flies on it. I called the store multiple times and the last time that I called there was a lady was very rude . This is very disgusting moment they don’t even offer a credit and I have to throw the pizza away for their service and work. Please don’t order from this place.

I had a situation when I was orderingonline and was claiming my free pizza the app was loading slow and was resetting my order.I thought it had entered and didn't double check. Anyways one pizza claim wrong. I was upset and called and also reviewed before realizing they made what they saw. The young woman who spoke with me was so kind and helped me see what had happened then she made the pizza I had intended and had it delivered in a very quick efficient manner without extra costs or fees to me. I appreciate it so much because customer service is important and No the customer isn't always right! Thank you Dominos for your efforts and I'll will double triple check whenever I get suspicious or the app.

The pasta I ordered had bell pepper flavor and i found a slice of bell pepper inside which threw off the flavor. The had decent amount of sauce but a large amount of tomatoes. I ordered the pasta primavera

3 stars means it was ok. Which means it wasn't great. I usually don't eat Domino's because it just doesn't taste great. I don't know if it's the sauce, the amount of it, or what. I had 1 pizza with extra cheese, but it didn't seem to even taste like it had more cheese. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The tater tots were good. The service was ok.
