There's nothing wrong with their boba selection. The issue is with their policy. They got our order wrong and then refused to fix it and make it right. My partner and I were both there talking about how we love watermelon and they had a fresh watermelon drink which we wanted to try. He ordered it and suddenly we get called for some type of mango drink?!? The young lady working there claims she repeated the order back to us and then claimed that they would not correct it. I'm just confused how we're supposed to proceed when it's her word versus ours. This policy needs to be reviewed.

Not so good as urban location

About a year ago, my daughter wanted to try boba for the first time. This location was close to where we were running errands, so we tried it just out of convenience, and I'm glad we did. I wasn't a fan of boba, so I wasn't much help in helping her pick a drink. The team at the location realized my daughter needed help, and they were extremely gracious in their efforts. They made suggestions based on flavors, appearance, and textures, and they really cared to help her find something she would like. My daughter loved her drink and has become quite the boba fan because of them. I even ended up trying a drink and realizing I just wasn't a fan of the traditional Tapioca boba (although it's grown on me). My only complaint is that now my daughter always wants boba. Thank you all for the great experience and the daddy, daughter memory. As a matter of fact, maybe our family will come visit you today for Father's Day!As a note, my family was just discussing having boba today. I looked up this location and saw a negative review that had been left by someone who had VERY much the opposite of my experience. I find it necessary to point out that one person's experience is not always the same as another. Be sure to check if a review is an outlier from the norm, and don't let it cloud your judgment. Also, take notice if someone has a tendency to mostly leave negative reviews. They might be bringing those negative experiences upon themselves, or they may have another motive (especially if they have multiple negative reviews of similar establishments).

My friend took us here today because he said it was the BEST! But after witnessing what happened today we will never come to this establishment again. The owner of this location-, forgot her name, was rude and unprofessional! The honeydew drink she made for me tasted bad- like rotten. When I asked for another drink, she refused to replace it, instead said I can BUY ANOTHER ONE if I didn’t like what I ORDERED. She was so aggressive, it made me feel so uncomfortable. Will definitely not be back and will make sure ALL my friends and family never return to this place. As a current restaurant owner, that’s not how you run a successful establishment.

It's definitely good! But don't like that the prices are not posted, per employee "prices change sometimes" ? no bueno!

This place is ok, not bad. Like I stated on Yelp, I couldn't order my drink the way I wanted.I didn't see the menu until someone moved out of the way when the customer service person asked me what u wanted to order.I recommend the menu be up on the wall away from bodies.
