so unprofessional. i placed an order through grubhub & received a completely different item & the wrong drink. i ordered a waffle with ice cream & fruit, but they gave me a disgusting black bean sandwich instead 💀i hate black bean so much, it’s so gross! i couldn’t even eat the food.
and to make matters worse, i ordered a size large almond boba drink with lychee topping but they gave me a size small with missing toppings & the drink tasted like there was medicine injected to itðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ so gross i couldn’t even take another sip & had to throw the whole thing out. it left a very medicine after taste & my head started hurting. if something happens to me just know whoever prepped my order, they are the reason why. im going to sue this place very soon.

I read a sign saying this is Downey’s first boba spot. Hmm… I guess so… been going here for decades, and the drinks have been consistently well-made. Thank you staff for that.

He Needs Some Milk.
I specifically asked for oat milk in my drink since I’m allergic to regular milk but they gave me regular milk and now I’m sick smh. I’ve asked for this drink multiple times before with no problem until today

The atmosphere is really relaxed but the guy who took our orders acted like he didn't want to be there. He overcooked the boba which became a literal mush of the boba balls. The slush drinks were extremely watered down.

They stop blending drinks at 9:45 because they rush to clean everything before they even close . Workers are rude . Wouldn’t go there again.
