DONT COME HERE if you’re in a hurry as the drive thru people make you pull over to the side an extra 10 minutes to receive your food and twice I have had to go inside to retrace my food. And I’m writing as I’m sitting waiting 10 minutes plus for my food. And every time I come I will write another bad review until you hire more people

I’ve been coming to this location since opening Downey. Coffee is always fresh and good, I don’t recommend the food items or donuts; overpriced and not that great.
I notice the donuts are getting smaller, definitely not fresh, they taste stale. I know this because they are drop off in the middle of the night by a process center delivery driver.
Customer service is great, youngsters but never had issues with their attitudes, always professional for what I have seen.

I been coming here very early in the morning every day for the pass 2 years. Noticeable change of staff no trained with any customers greetings….like a simple GOOD MORNING. Also basic knowledge that when you bag a frosted chocolate donut, you DONT bag it upside down!!

BEWARE!!! Employees especially the ones that are calling themselves mangers when there not are CHARGING EXTRA items in ur credit card drinks they will give u a amount in the drive-through and when u get to the window they charge u something Else and when u complain u ask for ur money back they end up charging u the item!!! Again in ur card when ur thinking there going to return but the whole time there charging u again and and returning it in ur account so u can think u got a refund but u never got the first refund it's crazy what am saying even the COP WAS CONFUSED BUT FOR IT IN THE END and when the cop ask to talk to the main manager the black guy Never pass the phone and never wanted to pass the phone to the COP !!!

I had ordered through the app but there was some issue so even though the payment went through via Apple Pay the app wasn’t placing the order.
I went inside and explained the issue to the worker and showed her the payment through my wallet. She said no problem and made the order for me. I really appreciated the easy customer service.

Got the matcha...almost half cup full of ice eventhpugh i told the cashier easy ice. Also, cup was not filled all the way with the beverage.
Would love it if the manager made sure there were actually some recycling bins here, only trash so you can't really recycle ♻️ even though the bag literally asks you to recycle it....sounds like a manager issue. I come here a lot and will change to 5 stars when I see recycling bins and compost along with the trash bins, cmon it's 2025

Came here and waited 25 min for my small order, the 5 people who came after me all got their stuff and left. Turns out they never put my order in (: also door says NO CASH only to go in and they only accept cash 🤦🏻♀️
