This place is a great go to for study sessions, “kinda”. The reason why I say kinda is because the establishment lacks experience on proper service to customers. I mean what more can I expect from a chain, silly me. Which leads me to conduct the following. On march 5th of 2024 had finished studying after dinning and being proactive client (when asked a young lady with tattoos) the code is comprised of 7 or so digits that when said unclear you won’t be able to access the utility rooms. However I do find it distressing that the bathroom must be maintain locked at all times. No code is provided when after being a client, through my eyes I consider this fraud. Not only are you lying to the public that restrooms are available but get them “gate kept” for no one to use. For the past days I’ve used this establishment but this draws a line for me. First is then then it’s the rude attitude and it all dwindles from their. I hope nothing but the best but I cannot keep funding such actions.

Last Saturday was my first time visit Dunkin donuts and the experience was just bad overall. The store wasn't busy at all at 7am and there were many many staff in the kitchen, by the cashier as well.I was in line and this cashier lady just walked away after helping the gentleman before me, she didn't knowledge I was there, and just walked away. I was waiting that maybe she's helping to make coffee but no, she was standing there chatting with her colleagues. So I waited another 5 minutes and still no one come to the counter so I called for help and somebody finally came to me. I ordered a caramel latte and I waited for another few minutes no one was making the coffee, once again I asked someone to help and the lady was like "what were you waiting for?" Omg, so disorganized this place! No one checked the order that just came in???So I said I ordered caramel latte, omg it's like diabetes in a cup, it's so sweet.I filed my complaint to the store via their QR code system but guess what, no one has contacted me.This shop is full with disorganized staff, beware when you visit here.

If you can actually get service either in person or via Uber Eats, the drinks & food are good. But they literally never answer the phone and the offerings are never consistent. They simply run out of items. They'll accept an Uber order and send you the wrong items or just cancel it. I went in person and had to wait on service because the employees were buying candied apples from a random person who walked in off the street. This is against health dept regulations and I didn't see any of them wash their hands. The place is horribly managed.

9 pm and not having donuts is incompetent... since the sales hours are at 11 pm... very bad... I don't recommend it... don't even go after that time to look for donuts at this place.??

I think I was the only one there. Fast service. My drink was already sitting on the counter. They have an ATM on the side. Butter Pecan is so good, it just balances the coffee taste of the cold brew. Easy ice, whole milk, liquid cane sugar. Amazing. I'll come back just for the butter pecan.

Don't mobile order here, they won't make it until you arrive and ask for your order. Mobile ordered 10 minutes before arriving every time and they had skipped my order. Which defeats the purpose of the mobile order. Don't mobile order-in here because they won't make it until you ask for it at the front. They have you order on the kiosk when you walk in to order. Not sure what this Dunkin is actually good at.

I ordered online and came all the way from Compton the "manager" Nancy was very unprofessional she said she doesn't know how to handle the app to put unavailable I ordered a dozen and the ones that I wanted weren't available. So inconvenient if they don't know how to do the job why even promote them make sure you train your employees until they are 100% sure of what they're doing . So irritating Just wasting people's time driving there ..... Don't mind me lol the hot chocolate was watered down ..
