So this place really blew away my expectations. I had read the reviews and knew that they made killer coffee. Once I got here I didn't realize just how quaint the place is. Absolutely adorable within a co-op space. Delicious coffee and incredible baked goods!I will 100% be back whenever I'm in the area shopping at my plant nursery!

I probably have gone to more coffee shops then I should but you need to give this place a shot. I always order online and get their cafe de olla iced latte. It’s the best I have ever got and I’ve tried all the local shops. Check out their menu for new selections as it can change with the season.Support your local coffee shops and stop going to Starsucks!They are not perfect but their drinks and customer service are.Parking is challenging, you’ll need to park next to the gym, in the back or across the street. If you place your order online it might not be ready when you arrive.They always have products from local artisans and businesses inside while you wait. It’s not really the type of space where you can pull off your next cram session. But if you want to come and chill for a bit , they always put out a couple chairs and umbrella on the sidewalk.

My all time favorite coffee shop! The owners have put their heart and soul into their products and it shows. Their lattes are labors of love felt with every sip. They use sustainable packaging, dairy-free ingredients, and offer other small business vendors products in their shop. I could go on and on but simply put I just love every little thing about Ecuamex<3

Ecuamex is one superb cafe out here in SELA, Downey to be exact. This coffee shop is the perfect alternative to try to a good cup of coffee that doesn't come from a franchise. Their drinks are always made with the best quality and thinking of their customers. I love all of their drinks; their staple, Ecuamex is a must and my fave, Topochico cold brew is a perfect refresher. Here, in the picture you have a Cafe de Olla which is the perfect introduction to this Cafe.

Absolutely loved this cute little shop! Although the space is small, Karen found a way to include so many local vendors! I walked out with a local juice, plant arrangement, candle and a fabulous maple oat latte. Live in Long Beach but happy to make the drive here.
