So, it is my birthday and I'm vegan. My family that is NOT vegan wanted to take me out to eat. They wanted to eat sea food. They bought me a vegan plate close by and wanted to eat here. There were 7 of us but their menu does not cater to vegans. We asked if I could eat my plate here so that my family could enjoy meat and fish. The manager straight up said NO! BTW the place was nearly empty! If I could give them zero stars I would. The manager was extremely RUDE!!!

That place is rubbish because they discriminate against people just because you don't have a California ID and they don't let you in if you're a tourist either.

I am very disappointed because on Tuesday I went with a friend to have some drinks and when asked for her ID, she only had her ID from Mexico. They made a big deal out of it and didn’t allow her to drink because they said she had to show a U.S Passport or California ID. I think that doesn’t make any sense for a variety of reasons.1) her ID from Mexico was not expired and can be used in many places. Like the bank!2) she was a grown woman in her 40’s, it’s not like she’s a minor and can be confused!3) we’ve been here before and we had never been told to show U.S passport / California ID!I think that was discrimination! Never coming back!

If you don't have a California ID or passport don't come here they discriminate against you if you have a Mexican consular ID or ID from any other Latin American country.
I really enjoyed this place in the middle of the week. It was a business meeting/dinner, so I wasn't too sure it was the right venue. However, the staff sat us down in an area where we were not in the center and was rather perfect!Food was great and we were glad the service staff was not approaching us all the time.

Not if you come from Mexico to visit and it occurs to you to consume there, don't even think about why your passport or any ID from Mexico will be rejected, it is not worth having a bad time with so many better restaurants and bars with better treatment and even cheaper There are people who don't mind spending but being well cared for

Last night I was humiliated for not having an ID from California ?I wanted to go into the cantina and they wouldn't let me because I only had identification from Mexico??without Mexicans there is no business in general without Latinos????????
