Reporting this location to the health department. My kid and I both were feeling bad headache this morning after eating and drinking possible drugged in the drink. I knew it was off when all the chicken was stale. These people are racist stop buy their food. Put cctv cameras up in all food prep kitchens can't trust anyone. Occurred on 5/2/25 Location on Rosecrans and lakewood blvd by the Walmart.

the manger is very mean always in a i don’t care mood. i had trouble with the app and scanned in but my reward wasn’t redeeming and i asked for help and she said if you scanned in already there’s nothing i can do for you…i have friends that’s work at pollo loco they can literally just give you the code i did not say anything to her other than okay because i don’t like being extra but if she caught me on a bad day i would’ve told her to give me the code. she looses nothing and it’s just the simple fact that she could’ve been nicer about everything. i understand we all have bad days but you can’t take that out on people who are here brining u business
