This is the first time here, and I'll always be here, clean, very nice atmosphere, the food is amazing, I tried the beef shawarma with seasoned rice and some fatoush salad, little garlic sauce on the side, it felt even great after finishing, light on your soul, healthy & very tasty, one of the best signs I got from this place is that food fint come out as quick as you think, AND THATS A GREAT THING, It indicates that they make it fresh, and you can taste it, Also.. they have crazy ice cream & beverages selections, When I dined there was only one girl behind the register, she was very polite & helpful The only thing that I didn't like that I wish they had more places like this, I don't live in Downy, I'm aout 49 minutes away, but from now on ! Whenever I'm in town, This is my 1st choice

It was Delicious! Super impressed with the menu, lots of vegetarian options which were so tasty, and the portions are quite generous. Jose was a great server and definitely handled the dinner rush well! Great service will definitely be going back!

They are stingy with the hot Cheetos. I ordered a hot Cheeto burrito and barely had any Cheeto dust.The worst part is that I got charged for something that wasn’t even put in my burrito. They aren’t consistent everything is just for views and show for sure

The Garlic Shrimp Fries were really good and fresh 🍤🍟. Hot Cheetos Birria Balls were just okay, needed more juice, a bit dry 🌶️🍖. And the Sinner Burger? (Forgot to get a picture) Not a fan at all 🍔🚫. Overall good experience, will be back to try more! I can't remember the lady's name who helped us, but very cool and great customer service! 👍😊

Great customer service, very welcoming and friendly. I went in yesterday & ordered two carne asada burritos to go, total came to $32. I specifically told the cashier rice, cheese, beans, sour cream, onions and cilantro, & meat. We asked for both burritos to be exactly the same & for the hot Cheeto dust to be on the side. The burrito was horrible, barely any meat (had a weird taste, idk what cut of beef they use) & all rice…. NOTHING else. Everything was lukewarm. I did not go back in because out of all honesty, I didn’t want anything to happen to my food if I complained. Idk maybe I was expecting to taste Mexican food & they have their own different type of taste. All in all I wasn’t happy having a burrito filled with 90% rice.

Mac and cheese birria burritos is so flavorful. I live 2 hours away from this location. Every time im in the area, I like to come here for a burritos. Tacos spot would be the last thing I want to eat especially coming from San Diego where I think we have the best Tacos/burritos. Fatima's is a little on the pricey side but its worth it!!
