Went there today Tuesday Jan. 20th 2026 1:00pm it was closed with yellow caution all around the front walk way. Does anybody know what happen there?

We love this place! We went last weekend only to see that it was blocked off. When my fiance looked it up , he saw it was “ temporarily closed” we hope it reopens soon!!!

Old-school (nostalgic) fish and chips joint that prepares a quality plate. Properly battered and fried fish, coleslaw, fries, hush puppies, etc. Nice service. Always clean. Fish fried to order. I have spent a few lunch breaks in this place without disappointment. Oh, and by the way, did I mention they serve good tarter sauce and malt vinegar with the plates? If you love fish and chips, come to this place.

Best fish and chips ever. Ordered the traditional fish and chips plus fried shrimp and chips. The food is more crunchy than greasy. Didn't take a photo but I will and can add it later. 100% recommend you won't be sorry you tried it.
My boyfriend and I love this place. The owner is amazing and the teenage boys that he has working. There are getting it, they try hard. They are very polite and hardworking. There might be times that they seem overwhelmed. Give them a break, they're just learning. You're doing great guys all of you
