This place a is a good representation of a family owned and operated restaurant. Staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The cooks in the kitchen are the Uncles, the Aunts and the Cousins.

Fonda Maria it’s a hidden gem in City of Donwey ! My favorite dish is pork spare ribs with cactus in green sauce. I’m not Mexican, so it’s a bit too spicy for me; but it’s so delicious that I always order it anyway. The coffee, café de olla, and the cornbread are absolutely the best!
