I never would've noticed this non-descript little place tucked away into a strip mall. Recommended by a good friend though, and turns out that it's delicious. The service was great, the food was amazing, and the place was comfortable and clean. You can't ask for much more. Will definitely be back.
First time discovering fonda maria and the place was honestly great, iced Cafe de olla was delicious and I paired my drink with tacos de birria + service was very friendly and the prices are pretty fair compared to other mexican joints in the area and it was a comforting meal after a long shift, will def be coming back :
I ordered the beef tongue dish because it sounded interesting. And boy was it delicious...Highly recommend it. It was one of the best tongue dish I have ever had.We had our own sitting area in the back for our large party, server was nice. Initially they got my dish wrong but they were very nice about changing it to the correct one.My kid and friends kid got the nuggets and fries that were yummy. French toast was also good.
