This review is long overdue. I have been living in Downey for the majority of my life and I always pass by the plaza where this shop is located but I only found out about it through someone. Best bagels & coffee in town. They are always working hard! I’d rather support this small business than a franchise. I love the dalgona & viatnemese iced coffee & I also love how they added specialty donuts. The nutella strawberry is my favorite.try the lox bagel when you can...

First off anyone that has given this place less than 5 stars must have been an entitled "Karen". My standards are Brooklyn NYC, and I've tried all the hipster and wannabe bagel shops around LA. This is the closest I've had to a legit bagel in New York. The owner/manager running the shop was friendly and they provided excellent service. If you're anywhere near Downey, get any bagel with the garlic and herb spread and experience the big smile of enjoyment...

the bagels themselves were pretty good, slightly overdone but the flavor was great. we also got a thai tea which was delicious.
overall, would recommend the staff to get a better attitude to match the vibes of their food and shop!
