Well i ordered a grill cheese and i have to say i am very disappointed at the night crew for even serving this i paud 5$ for this there was no cheese on the bread at all

9::48 a.m the latina lady Gabby took my order and when I paid with my card she walked away, no receipt, no, thank you, nothing.. Prices are so high today that sometimes a simple smile and a thank you makes up for the high price.

My wife's fries were soggy, my curly fries were like peanut brittle, and both of my burgers were soggy and smashed with all the fixings falling out. It was a disgusting mess.
I have gone through the process to get a refund from the mobile app FOUR TIMES. I've spoken with the restaurant manager three times and each time he gives me a different reason why I can't be refunded. This is ridiculous, I want my money back. IT has NOT yet been 30 days and I feel like they are stalling until I am no longer eligible for a refund. IF THE OWNER OR DISTRICT MANAGER READS THESE REVIEWS, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME
I plan on giving a bad review to the BBB, California Attorney General's Office, and California Department of Consumer Affairs.

I went thru the drive thru & ordered a munchie meal & there was hair all in the food. In my taco & my fries. I hate complaining but this is gross. I live far and waiting until I got home to eat. I want a refund.

The food is the reason I go back! Customer service is subpar to say the least although I do understand being overworked with minimum staff. If it was one location I would chalk it up to that particular staff , that being said every Jack in the Box has the same service from employees. I rarely stay to eat at the restaurant because it feels like I'm going to get mugged at any time of day. The restrooms are disgusting and I think they forget to turn the air conditioning on in order to minimize the dine in guests.
