Jack in the Box is a good chain but maaaan is this one slow. Literally the drive thru service was so slow I went in, placed my order, and came out before the drive thru had moved more than 2 cars.

It's not the staff's fault, they need more than 2 people working that shift so management needs to work that out.

Message for corporate.....They always tell you to back up at the drive thru to make sure their ticket times are good. I bet managers tell them to do it. People who work there speak.

Bad service on Drive through after being served , I waited about 6 minutes. They had a car park at drive thru exit waiting on food. Bad service....I could not exit drive true. Also I order a chicken wrap non spicy and they add3d jalapenos. This place always screws up and has bad reviews.

Went new years at 2 in the morning and used a card I havent used anywhere but there. Woke up this morning to fraud on my card. Chick with blue hair at the window is the one that took the card.

I spent $13 for one meal that was cold and hard. The food was definitely old and not fresh. I’ve been feeling sick ever since I ate the food. I believe I was food poisoned by them. The environment was sketchy. Would not recommend.

Ordered 2 orders of tacos, that means 4 tacos. I get to the drive through. I say "I placed an order an the app for Gabe" he says "uhhhh" then I go "maybe gabriel" he says "gabriel? Uhhhh" then I wait for around half a minute and says "gabe?" As I have time confirm after saying gabe in the first place. And then Gabriel. Not only is the drive thru guy, slow upstairs but for some reason.... every single taco has crunched up cracked up edges and some are torn up?? And no parking because there's too many slow cars outside. I'm not even gonna ask for a refund or more tacos... just wanted everyone to see what you get here.

I asked for extra hot sauce and they asked was my order correct on the screen and I said yes. This is what I received I'm lost for words. About what happened to the meat that goes inside of it y'all need to do better Jack in the box. Waste my time on my lunch and my money and I won't be back.
