I wish I could give this location a 0 stars, I came here once and they got my order wrong 3 times

I returned the next morning to give them another try and again they had gotten my order wrong (I ordered something very simple btw) luckily I checked my order at the drive through so that I wouldn’t keep wasting my time like I did the night before

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS JACK N THE BOX AGAIN I WOULD RATHER STARVE

I wait about about 25 mins my fries and tacos not to good at all, kind of cold. Managers make sure your employees have a service actitud otherwise they should be in a different position.

I went back to [restaurant name] hoping for a better experience, but once again, it was disappointing. I go to this place because it’s open 24 hours and it’s the closest to my house, which makes it convenient for my work schedule. However, it seems like they haven’t made any effort to improve the service or the quality of the food.

They still serve cold food, the service is still not great, and to make things worse, they didn’t even give me what I ordered. I ordered Curly Fries, and I never got them. The burger was cold, the whole meal was cold… just unpleasant.

It’s frustrating that a 24-hour restaurant in such a convenient location isn’t making the slightest effort to improve. Hopefully, they pay attention because they’re losing customers.

Went here after my daughter’s doctor visit and the food was terrible. The coke was flat and watered down, the fries were soggy and not crispy, my jr jumbo jack was plain even though I asked for everything inside. They could not do one good thing at this jack in the box . Very disappointing and a waste of money .

I ordered 2 for 6 chicken wrap.. spicy.. i ask what other than the spicy wrap do they the the lady did not understand what I was asking her English wasn't good. So I just ordered the spicy chicken when I got my order.It was not the spicy chicken..this isn't the only day I had problems with this jack in the box at this location.. services very poor
