Service slower than molasses, stand at the counter for 5 minutes. Till someone takes your order. Followed by exactly 15 minutes till I went to the counter to ask for my food. The coke tasted awful and just icing on the cake the bathroom was dirty.

Making a 2 for 1 stop ( gas and food ) is great but hear the wait is getting bad and was ridiculous today don’t know if it’s a management issue, franchise issue but not worth me stopping here again and it’s shameful due to me living 5 minutes away Fast Food Chain ????????

From the moment I pulled up, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed. She was not only courteous but also extremely attentive to my order, making sure everything was perfect. It’s clear that she takes pride in her job and genuinely cares about her customers.
And let me tell you, the tacos at this location are hands down the best I've ever had from any Jack in the Box. They were fresh, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. I’ve tried tacos from several different Jack in the Box locations, but these were on another level. It’s clear that the staff here, puts in extra effort to ensure every meal is top-notch.
