Wow. Each time I eat here the sandwich gets worse and worse. I ordered my sandwiches a particular way and both sandwiches were wrong. ={ they are quite skimpy on the meat and the cheese as well as the veggies.

I've never eaten at Jersey Mike's until today, and I probably never will again! There was hardly any meat on it and the provolone cheese was cut so thin I could literally see through it, it was ridiculous! It was so thin it had no flavor...I'm not even sure if it was actually cheese! I don't know if that is how all Jersey Mike's are or if it's just the location in Downey California? The only reason I gave it 2 stars is cuz the bread was pretty yummy!

Cashier Destiny needs to learn some customer service skills. No smile, speech seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. I kind of laughed as soon as i noticed her negative vibe. I ate there all the while thinking I did something wrong to deserve that. Never again.

I ordered 2 Giants from post mates and paid the full price plus the up charge etc and out sandwiches had 1/2 the meat as when we order in store. I've never had this issue when I called for pick-up. Very disappointed had more bread than anything and the bread type was wrong

Perfect bread and perfect service Cool vibe/ ambiance Definitely a staple in Downey in terms of a sand-which. The 17 I ordered was followed by what size and what bread !!! I said regular and rosemary parm... extra onions and I was told " no problem" we will get that for you..., In a matter of minutes, I receive the most greatest sandwich I have ever received in my squander of life. Upon my return to my home, I open this great gift that I was given by Jersey Mike's lady dedicated to me. The wrapping had a number 17 which indicated a Philly's beef sandwich upon the unwrapping of the sandwich I discovered what love was, I remember opening my heart and my stomach and of course, my mouth to ingest this gracious gift . It was perfectly made the bread was ever so soft to the touch with the right amount of Parmesan cheese on top, sprinkled on a little bit of rosemary . My first bite, I fell in love with the idea that one person could make me happy which was Jersey, Mike's, and only this location in Downey no other and I mean it no other can make a sandwich like I experienced here at Jersey Mike's.

PLEASE GO HEREEEE...the ladies today were very helpful they had run out of bread and told me to return at a specific time for in which I would be Abe to get a sandwich I decided to wait and then return later on, Once I came back these ladies were very helpful and I had gotten fresh warm bread even though there was a lady giving these hardworking employees a hard time. I think these employees went above and beyond in which they all kept a great level of patience and composure
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE... the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE and the STAFF ARE RUDE! Went to Jersey Mike's at around 6:30 p.m. and was told that they were out of bread. Jayla was very dismissive and her customer service was subpar at best. Jayla proceeded to stare at a receipt and did not even have the decency to provide how long it would take until they would have bread again or if there was some sort of malfunction that attributed to the issue of not having bread to make sandwiches. Jayla was distracted looking at a receipt and was too preoccupied to provide proper customer service and set the proper expectation of how long the wait would be. Note I was the ONLY a customer in the store at this time. I, THE CUSTOMER had to ask how long the anticipated wait for more bread would be, in a very condescending and rude tone the clerk replied the bread is in the oven, to which I replied how long will it be before you have bread available. The clerk proceeded to say, "well the bread is cooling off in the oven so it will be about 25 minutes." I set a timer for 25 minutes and proceeded to go to a few stores in the same vicinity. After 25 minutes I returned to Jersey Mike's, the clerk who helped me was in the back with her other female colleague and proceeded to chuckle and laugh in the back while me and 2 other customers waited for them to come out from the back. After about 2 minutes, the clerk comes out and advises me with a straight face, "WE RAN OUT OF BREAD AGAIN. WE made 2 trays but it is gone again." The fact that the clerk did not set proper expectations, had me waiting and when I returned still did not have bread after advising me that they would in 25 minutes. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and very Disappointing. I have never been met with such incompetence. Save the headache go to Jimmy John's in the Downey Landing instead! HORRIBLE SERVICE and INEPT STAFF!!!!

Horrible experience i witnessed the worker Ariana, she was being so rude to an elderly man that was in front of me so rude then when she got to me, she wasn’t paying attention to what I was asking or my order just being rude like I seen her being rude to the old man in front of me you can tell she just doesn’t like working there. She probably shouldn’t work there I come to this one all the time, and never have any issues till that day. Overall horrible experience. I’ve even try to reach out to the manager seems like they don’t care either because they never got back to me. I’ve sent emails no one has gotten back to me so overall just shows how unprofessional and horrible. The service is at this location
