I love Jersey Mike's. The location on Apollo Way seems to be more generous in the way they make their sandwiches. The other location on Lakewood Blvd. Next to the planet fitness was a different story, the sandwiches looked smaller and they declined a promotional coupon for free chips and a drink with purchase because it kept scanning as invalid even though the coupon was not expired and it was good for the location only.

Very slow service with not enough help. Owner of this location cutting corners not having enough employees and having a dirty environment and people waiting too long just to make more

I'm not sure if the employees at this location are instructed to only work on one order at a time but that is what happened here. It took about 5 minutes before my order was even taken and the another 5 minutes after i asked for my sub for it to get started. There was 1 person standing on the side waiting for their order while the two employees continued to only work on online orders one a time. By the time i was finally acknowledge a large line had started and the employees continued to only work on online orders one at a time. What could have been a 5 minute trip ended up being over a 15 minute visit

Service is horrible! Spend your money somewhere else. Food is the same quality as any other Jersey Mikes. The employees attitudes are atrocious however. They sold me a regular size drink knowing the ice machine was broken. They looking at me for 2 minutes as I was trying to get ice knowing it wasn’t going to work. Then when I notify them of the broken ice machine they reply with, “Yeah, it’s not going to work” while laughing about it. Then I ask them why they sold me a fountain drink knowing the ice machine was broken and the employees just shrug their shoulders. It’s not like they were busy either. Including myself there were 2 other customers in the store. Never spending my money at this location again and I hope they go out of business.

I do not recommend going here I told the guy I wanted Mayonnaise and mustard and he made a dirty look like he didn't wanna give me what I wanted and I felt so rushed !really bad service I got here I do not recommend going to this place !! And I asked them for a water bottle and they messed up on my order and gave me a cup instead of a water bottle !!disappointing service doesn't even look like the workers there like there job then why work there if u don't like it have some respect to customers!

What can I say, a very good authentic sandwich ? So much better than that other place... what some people ride on. My own personal opinion. Staff very friendly and courteous. That is my go to sandwich place.

I've come in 3 times so far. All 3 visits have been great. I learned you can ask for a CA turkey cold sub and it will be served with bacon and avocado. Glad Jersey Mike's moved into the neighborhood. Don't have to drive to Telegraph or Promenade Downey
