I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant as a delivery driver.
I arrived on time to pick up a takeout order, but the staff completely ignored it until they had finished serving all the dine-in customers. I ended up waiting inside for over 10 minutes before they even started preparing the food. This kind of treatment is not only disrespectful to delivery drivers, but also directly affects our on-time performance metrics on delivery platforms.
What’s worse is that I had no way to appeal the delay, since the system sees me as “late” even though I arrived on time. Because of the restaurant’s lack of urgency in preparing takeout orders, my on-time rating took a hit—through no fault of my own.
Restaurants that partner with delivery services need to treat takeout and delivery orders with equal importance. We are also customers in a way, and we rely on these metrics for our livelihood. I hope the management seriously considers changing how they handle delivery orders going forward.

Dont pay attention to what you ordrr the workers are to busy talking about personal stuff and what they are doing after work...like paying video games. Instead of helping the customer out...need better support here at this store...reason why i dont come here...

I love Jersey Mike's. The location on Apollo Way seems to be more generous in the way they make their sandwiches. The other location on Lakewood Blvd. Next to the planet fitness was a different story, the sandwiches looked smaller and they declined a promotional coupon for free chips and a drink with purchase because it kept scanning as invalid even though the coupon was not expired and it was good for the location only.

Very slow service with not enough help. Owner of this location cutting corners not having enough employees and having a dirty environment and people waiting too long just to make more

I'm not sure if the employees at this location are instructed to only work on one order at a time but that is what happened here. It took about 5 minutes before my order was even taken and the another 5 minutes after i asked for my sub for it to get started. There was 1 person standing on the side waiting for their order while the two employees continued to only work on online orders one a time. By the time i was finally acknowledge a large line had started and the employees continued to only work on online orders one at a time. What could have been a 5 minute trip ended up being over a 15 minute visit

Service is horrible! Spend your money somewhere else. Food is the same quality as any other Jersey Mikes. The employees attitudes are atrocious however. They sold me a regular size drink knowing the ice machine was broken. They looking at me for 2 minutes as I was trying to get ice knowing it wasn’t going to work. Then when I notify them of the broken ice machine they reply with, “Yeah, it’s not going to work” while laughing about it. Then I ask them why they sold me a fountain drink knowing the ice machine was broken and the employees just shrug their shoulders. It’s not like they were busy either. Including myself there were 2 other customers in the store. Never spending my money at this location again and I hope they go out of business.
