I love Jersey Mike's. The location on Apollo Way seems to be more generous in the way they make their sandwiches. The other location on Lakewood Blvd. Next to the planet fitness was a different story, the sandwiches looked smaller and they declined a promotional coupon for free chips and a drink with purchase because it kept scanning as invalid even though the coupon was not expired and it was good for the location only.

I entered the location, only one worker. He advised just give me a few minutes. No problem. I said I wanted a regular tuna. He finished making sandwiches and checked out a prior customer and then came over and started making my sandwich, he never changes gloves. A half loaf of bread was on counter. A second employee finally entered and started to make my sandwich placing the tuna on one half. Even weighing the bread with tuna. A little too anal, perhaps it's policy. Anyway, she placed the tuna half on counter. The original employee came from the back never changing his gloves. Not healthy. I asked for onions, mayonnaise tomatoes and pepper chilies He checked me out, at least 5 customers waiting. I'm sorry, I won't be back. Worst service ever.

I'm not sure if the employees at this location are instructed to only work on one order at a time but that is what happened here. It took about 5 minutes before my order was even taken and the another 5 minutes after i asked for my sub for it to get started. There was 1 person standing on the side waiting for their order while the two employees continued to only work on online orders one a time. By the time i was finally acknowledge a large line had started and the employees continued to only work on online orders one at a time. What could have been a 5 minute trip ended up being over a 15 minute visit

My sandwich- ham, provolone, lettuce and tomato. Mike's way! Unfortunately, the bread was a bit hard and it wasn't juicy like other locations. Service was ok...lacking a decent look on their face. Cashier was fine. Now, the soda machine was filthy! Three employees when I walked in and only two customers including me. I'm not returning...it's unfortunate.

I came before closing and they refused service and told us they had "no bread". I know they just didn't want to serve us food anymore. Very lazy workers.

Service is horrible! Spend your money somewhere else. Food is the same quality as any other Jersey Mikes. The employees attitudes are atrocious however. They sold me a regular fountain drink knowing the ice machine is broken and then laughed at me while I was trying to get ice. I told them the machine was broken and they laughed and said it wasn't going to work. I then asked them why they would sell me a fountain drink knowing the ice machine is broken. They just continued to ignore me. It's obvious they do not care about their customers or their jobs

Service is horrible! Spend your money somewhere else. Food is the same quality as any other Jersey Mikes. The employees attitudes are atrocious however. They sold me a regular size drink knowing the ice machine was broken. They looking at me for 2 minutes as I was trying to get ice knowing it wasn’t going to work. Then when I notify them of the broken ice machine they reply with, “Yeah, it’s not going to work” while laughing about it. Then I ask them why they sold me a fountain drink knowing the ice machine was broken and the employees just shrug their shoulders. It’s not like they were busy either. Including myself there were 2 other customers in the store. Never spending my money at this location again and I hope they go out of business.

I do not recommend going here I told the guy I wanted Mayonnaise and mustard and he made a dirty look like he didn't wanna give me what I wanted and I felt so rushed !really bad service I got here I do not recommend going to this place !! And I asked them for a water bottle and they messed up on my order and gave me a cup instead of a water bottle !!disappointing service doesn't even look like the workers there like there job then why work there if u don't like it have some respect to customers!

I walked in and , No one great is me there was one person in line waiting to place his order, Clerk told him he had to wait till he finish grading a whole lettuce , and there was 4 employees talking and gossiping in the middle of the restaurant , I'm looking to see when they would choose to help me or the guy in front of me, But it didn't happen , they kept talking and talking , Very unprofessional on behalf of the big laddie Supposed to be the manager ? So I ended up walking out and going to subway. This happened at approximately 2:45 pm on 1/19/23 Thanks for nothing ,

Very very disappointing service. Came in a girl asked what I wanted then she told someone else to make it. The other person asked again what I wanted so I had to repeat my order. While making it VERY slowly another customer walked in and the person making the food totally stopped what he was doing and was asking the other customer what they wanted (very rude). Once my sandwich I thought was ready the girl asked the customer who came in after me what they wanted in their sandwich. So I basically just got skipped over with no explanation. Waited around for 10 minutes basically to get treated like crap. Keep in mind there were 3 employees working I was the only one in there when I walked in and then that 1 customer walked in afterwards

Horrible! I just ordered a SANDWICH WRAP w nun on it just meat n cheese! Why did I receive a reg sandwich bread w everything I said I don't want ! Not only that but the bread hella soggy onion hella tomatoes . Literally disgusted by how soggy it was !!!
